Cool cameras, great customer service!
I ordered these cameras for my Mom. The set up was really easy, but suddenly all the cameras stopped working. I called the customer service number and spoke with a lady named Nancy. She was amazing! We spent almost 2 and a half hours troubleshooting the cameras together. The problem wasn't with the cameras at all, but with my Mom's weird and legacy internet connection (not quite dial-up, but almost, lol)! Nancy and her team figured it out, and the cameras are all working great now. Customer service like that is so rare these days, and I am so impressed and grateful for Nancy's hard work and the knowledge she and her team demonstrated. The customer service personnel are located in China, but Nancy's English-speaking skills were excellent, and we had no problem communicating with each other. We were even able to deal with the time zone differences without too much inconvenience. I'm still exploring all of the features these cameras offer--I keep discovering new things I can do with them. The picture quality is fantastic in day, night, and low-light conditions. The cameras pan, tilt and zoom and the "notification zone" can be customized for each camera to reduce false alarms--everything I wanted. The pictures I've included show the shed and the steps leading to the house, the second one shows the driveway. The cars on that road go zooming by at more than 55 mph, yet the cameras have a fast enough action that they don't blur the vehicles. The motion detection also works well (as well as it can with the weird internet) though I still need to set things up a bit better. I would definitely recommend these cameras--they are loaded with all the features I wanted. The pics and videos are all stored locally so there's no monthly subscription cost. I think these cameras are a good value for your $$!Ver másVer menos
