Better than expected
This is my first time buying a Hisense and have been impressed. The setup was very easy as I was able to open, assemble the stand, and place on my TV stand without assistance. However, you should get help if you are unable to lift it solo.The controls were simple and I was able to add and setup streaming apps with ease. The picture quality was clear and almost realistic. The anti-glare feature lived up as advertised as my TV is located near windows with a lot for light, but the shine.The sound quality features among movies, sports, TV as excellent and I carried well. Playing music through apps was just as great. The Dolby sound enhance the experience.The remote control were reliable, responsive, and easy to use. I was able to toggle among my apps with ease, without the needto refer to the manual.Alexa was a nice feature to have as I can ask to navigate my apps, adjust sound, and ask questions during movies and sport events. There were some instances in which Alexa was non-responsive, but I take it a learning curve.Overall, the Hisense delivered in ease, picture and sound quality, as well as responsive to my needs in my opinion. The brand has exceeded my expectations and would consider a repeat buy.Ver másVer menos
