  Perfect Balance of Picture Quality, Features, and Price!

  This Hisense model really caught me by surprise. In terms of picture quality and overall performance, it's an excellent value for a mini-LED TV. The brightness is impressive, HDR content looks fantastic, and the colors are vibrant without looking overdone.Black levels are very good, blooming is minimal, and the TV handles movies, TV shows, and gaming really well. The Google TV interface is fast and easy to use, and the setup was simple.I bought this TV for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. For the price, I honestly think it's one of the best 55-inch mini-LED TVs you can buy. If you're looking for a great balance of picture quality, features, and value without spending OLED money, I highly recommend the Hisense U7SG.   I’m honestly very impressed with this TV. The packaging was excellent, everything arrived in perfect condition, and the setup was quick and easy. The TV has a premium design with very thin bezels, and it looks amazing in my living room even before mounting it on the wall.The picture quality is outstanding. Colors are vibrant, blacks look deep, and the Mini-LED display really makes a difference. Google TV is fast and easy to use, and the remote feels premium with dedicated buttons for popular streaming apps.I also bought this TV for gaming with my PS5, and so far it has exceeded my expectations.   This tv is really amazing and huge!! I love having the Google AI. I frequently ask Google how to spell words and so do my kids. The google assistant always speaks too fast, but now it pops right up on the tv. I was able to put all our streaming apps on it. And the home screen shows all our apps and has a continue watching list that make going back to a show even easier. The glare from the sunlight isn't as bad with this tv compared to our old one. The pictute quality is really good and colors are bright. My games play well and look great too. The tv stand is in the center instead of having legs on both ends of the tv which allows us to easy move/angle the tv differently when needed. The remote is very touch sensitive. The buttons are a good size and it has buttons for a few of the top streaming platforms. This is a very helpful feature for my kids. Keeps things very simple for them. This tv has so many great features I though it might be too complicated but its actually really user friendly. The cost still hurt a bit but I'm very happy with my purchase. And highly recommend getting the help with installation & set up. The Amazon delivery people were so nice. I never would have been able to carry this tv into my house or even get it out of the box and set up by myself. I'm so thankful that was an option well worth the extra cost.Ver másVer menos

  Great TV for the $$

  After researching many TV’s I was stuck between a Panasonic OLED and the U7. In the end I settled on the U7. I’m really happy with my choice. Picture is much better than my previous 65” LCD. MiniLED on this model provides a sharp picture and vivid colors. The built in speakers provide noticeably better sound than most TVs on the market. It also can pair with an existing home theater system. After watching this tv for about a week, I kinda wished I got the larger 85” version of this model instead.   Died after two days. Run, do not walk, away from this brand.

  Day 1 - Amazon delivery did great. Arrived on time, took away the boxes. Picture was great. All good.Day 3 - The TV stopped working. Power light is on, but no picture or response using the remote or the single button on the TV. Called Tech support, got an AI, worked through until they suggested uploading a new firmware version, went to the site as instructed and the form would not take my serial number to get the download. Called a different number got a live person who asked a few questions said they would have to send out a tech once they received my proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number and manufacturing date from the back of the TV. I have to get a buddy over to help lift it off the wall mount in the morning (76 lbs and 74 inches horizontally) and send the photos back to them so they can queue up a tech. Overall, not a good introduction to the Hisense line. I'll post more here as next steps are taken.Day 5 - Submitted picture of serial number and model # from back of TVDay 7 - Opened a chat with Hisense support. The case with my info had not been updated. They updated and released the ticket to a service rep. I was told it would be reviewed and a tech would get back to me within 24 to 48 hours to schedule a call. More to come.Last Update - Day 12 - Hisense customer service called and said the part was backordered and told me to return the TV to Amazon. Contrary to what I was told previously, they now said the earlier committed to "ship date" (which I verified twice with two different agent at Hisense) was in reality a part order date. The part now identified as backordered (on a TV produced in May of 2026) and to return the TV. Amazon has been amazing on the return. No questions, no need for packing (which they took away as part of the white glove service). Just awesome. I have sense ordered a more mainstream brand (LG) in a smaller and pricier ($1300 more) from Amazon, but feel more confident in a well known brand and in Amazon's ability to deal with issues on larger purchases. Many thanks to Amazon.Conclusion - Stick to well known reputable manufacturers. Lowering review to one star due to Hisense's in ability to properly and timely support their products.Ver másVer menos

  Great product, would recommend

  I picked the Hisense U7 Series because it can handle a lot of sunlight coming through the windows, and it has performed very well in our bright living room. Even under direct sunlight, the screen remains bright and easy to watch.Screen casting from my iPhone 16 Pro Max works smoothly without any lag, and setting up Google TV was quick and easy. Switching between Netflix, Prime Video, and Peacock is fast and responsive.I already own a Hisense soundbar, and it connected to the TV flawlessly. The overall picture quality is excellent, with sharp details, vibrant colors, and great contrast. For streaming movies, sports, and TV shows, this TV has exceeded my expectations.Ver másVer menos
