  Excellent Picture Quality and Smooth Performance for the Price

  I upgraded from a 5-year-old Sony smart TV to the Hisense 75” E7 Cinema Series Hi‑QLED Mini‑LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV and the difference was immediately noticeable. My kids can’t wait to turn it on every day for cartoons, and the whole family has been enjoying it.The picture quality is excellent for the price — sharp image, deep contrast, and bright colors thanks to the Mini-LED panel. Sports also look great, and the native 144Hz refresh rate makes fast motion much smoother compared to our old TV. App switching is quick and responsive, so the overall experience feels very snappy.I also appreciated how easy the initial setup was. It guided us through all the important things right away: linking streaming accounts, downloading apps, enabling Alexa, and setting up parental controls. Everything was straightforward and user-friendly.A couple minor downsides: the packaging design could be improved. Sony’s packaging felt more secure with better locking pieces for the bottom and outer box. Also, the stand pieces are plastic, which feels a bit cheaper. That said, the actual screen and TV build quality are solid, and mine arrived with no defects or panel issues.Overall, this is a really good value within the budget.   Excellent budget friendly TV with features galore!

  Beautiful, crisp picture quality! The sound is really good too! I sized down in order to upgrade to this model based on my limited budget and I don’t regret my decision at all. I do notice the slightly smaller screen, but my old Samsung was only a 55 inch so a real difference of only a few inches. We recently bought a 32 inch Hisense Fire TV for our bedroom, so I was already familiar to the awesome remote with Alexa. A game changer for my husband who has trouble seeing the buttons, he only needs to remember and see the one blue button and then ask Alexa whatever he wants! Setup couldn’t be simpler. The TV responds so quickly to any command. I especially love the remote with voice control! I can’t recommend this Hisense TV enough. It’s excellent, especially if you are on a budget, under $400 for all of these features…amazing!Ver másVer menos

  The colors are great , but the overall picture processing was a little less than desirable

  Its not a BAD tv , but it wasnt as good as I was expecting for the price either. I ended up spending a little more for a TCL and have been very happy.If you are looking for a high refresh rate tv , woth great color - its worth it. But if picture clarity on media NOT through the smart apps is somthing you arr chasing, there are better options.Ver másVer menos

  Quality Bang for Buck!

  Highly recommend! This tv is the best bang for buck you will find depending on your TV priorities. If you value true color/depth and smooth frame rate for gaming you can’t find a better quality competitor. No TCL is no where near as close to the quality budget control that Hisense provides. Definitely wait for when it is on sale and that’s where the bang for buck happens. The brightness is great during the day and night. The audio is crisp and quality. The tv is super light and easy to move. Setting it up is a peace of cake. The remote is easy to use. Now on the gaming aspect, WOW!In short this tv is the best quality you will find in the budget tv arena or what I like to call the working class affordability.   Quality control problems.

  (PLEASE READ!!!) Hello to everyone reading this, I’m going to give you guys a very honest review and let you know problems I’m having. I purchased this Hisense Fire TV on June 11th, and unfortunately I’ve had nothing but problems with it since day one.The picture quality is actually very good. The TV looks nice, feels smooth, and the display is exactly what I expected for a TV in this price range. However, the software and connectivity issues completely ruin the experience.The biggest problem is that the TV constantly has trouble staying connected to Wi-Fi. We’ve had to factory reset it twice already just to get things working again. At one point, the TV wouldn’t let us pair the remote during setup. We tried removing the batteries, holding the Home button, and every troubleshooting step we could find, but nothing worked.We’ve also experienced issues when rebooting the TV. Twice now, it has gone to a black screen and stayed there indefinitely. The only way to get it working again was to physically unplug it from the wall and plug it back in.On top of that, signing back into my Amazon account and reconnecting everything after the factory resets has been frustrating, time-consuming, very inconvenient, and no one should have to do that with their tv.I paid about $500 for this TV, and it originally retailed for nearly $800. For a brand-new TV at that price point, these kinds of issues are a major red flag. I expected a reliable product, not something that would require multiple factory resets within days of ownership.I’ve seen other 1-star reviews reporting completely different issues, which makes me wonder if there are quality control problems with this model.The display quality is great, but the constant Wi-Fi problems, setup issues, and black-screen crashes have made this purchase disappointing. At this point, I’m considering either getting a replacement or switching to a different brand entirely. I’ve only been able to use this tv once to watch Jennifer’s body on Netflix so and then I put it on sleep mode last night and after that it stopped working again with connection to internet/hotspot. I would show you guys more of what I mean but it won’t even let me click home so the remote pairs with the tv.Ver másVer menos
