Excellent Router
Excellent router. I'm currently running this with starlink and have had absolutely no problems. Easy setup and awesome speed. Covers my whole two story house.

Fantastic router
This is my second TP Link router and they work great! I dont have any WiFi 7 devices but this will peg my WiFi 6e devices at 1500 mbps without a sweat. Signal strength in my single story 1800sq ft house is very good and the unit has been extremely reliable

Just waiting for the next ISP speed increase.
Good way to get ready for faster internet. The only thing needed is another 10 GHz auto negotaing port, (or all of the LAN ports !), and for my needs, it would be nearly perfect. Set-up using the app is good, but adding a complete printable downloaded manual that goes into detail would make it almost great. I would purchase it again.Ver másVer menos

Disappointed
I was looking (hoping) to increase my wifi in other rooms as I have a nighthawk BE9300. I have 2GB fiber service and get that in the room with the nighthawk, but drops down to 600 in the living room and 300 to the bedroom. It has internal antennas so was thinking the externals would help. The set up was very easy and everything went smoothly. It updated the firmware to the latest and was ready to go. That's where the good new ends. Even plugged in with ethernet to my computer, I get my 2 down and 1 up on my nighthawk, on this one I was getting 1.4 up and 600 down. The wifi was way worse. Even wifi 7 on my phone could only get 700 down. In my living room I was only getting 80 down and 40 up on wifi6.. moved this thing everywhere, adjusted antennas and could not even get 100 down outside of the room the router was in and there's only 1 wall between the router and the living room which is drywall.. I'm returning it and sticking with the nighthawk.Ver másVer menos

Worthwhile upgrade
Upgraded from a tp-link 6E router, watching the tp-link 7 tri band to go on sale, purchased during prime days. Wanted something that would connect to my spectrum cable modem and give me a better range. Since I purchased a 2026 BMW I now need the ability to work in the driveway with engine running to set up the vehicle (that’s another story) but so far everything is working better than expected. I connected my tp-link RE315 extenders (2) and they paired up great, just need to do them sitting next to new router. Ran ‘Speedtest’ and running about 100mps faster than before (now 520) this is with all the factory settings with only the name and password for the network being changed. Using ‘tether’ for monitoring with no issues.Ver másVer menos

Great Upgrade
The upgrade from a previous TP-link router was much needed. I’m seeing, on average, 350 MB’s jump in speed when tested on my iPhone. Looking forward to a couple years of great output until it’s time for the next one.
