Setup through the Nighthawk app was pretty straightforward, and I had everything running in about 10 minutes.The Wi-Fi coverage in my home has been excellent so far. I’m getting strong signal in rooms that used to have weak or spotty Wi-Fi with my old router. Streaming, video calls, and regular browsing have all been smooth, even with multiple devices connected at the same time. The router supports Wi-Fi 7 speeds up to about 3.6 Gbps and can handle around 50 connected devices, which is more than enough for a typical household.Another thing I like is the 2.5-gig internet port, which helps take advantage of faster cable or fiber internet plans if you have them. The router also includes built-in security with NETGEAR Armor, which adds some extra peace of mind for all the devices on the network.Overall, if you’re upgrading from an older Wi-Fi 5 or Wi-Fi 6 router, this is a great step up without spending a fortune. Huge upgrade over my Google WiFi
I used this NETGEAR router to replace my Google WiFi 2-point mesh system, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. With my old Google WiFi setup, I was not getting the full benefit of my 2 gig internet service, and there were areas in my house where the signal was weaker.This router has been a major upgrade. I now have strong coverage throughout my entire home with no dead spots, and I am finally getting the speeds I expected from my 2 gig internet plan. Setup was straightforward, the connection has been stable, and the overall performance has been excellent for streaming, gaming, working from home, and connecting multiple devices.I was honestly surprised that one router could outperform my previous mesh system, but this one does. Documentation is Non-Existent
Title: Great RouterThe router does a wonderful job. It's fast, and was very easy to connect to the to the 21 devices in my home using the same network name and password. However, the instructions for how to connect it are non-existent in the box. What I found online did not work. When I called tech support, they were fast and efficient. Easy to set up and use
Excellent router to replace my old NETGEAR router of 20ish years that died. It’s good range and was easy to setup. The app is great and easy to use. Great router for a home office/entertainment use.
