Excellent meter
I haven't had a lot of time to use it yet, but I love this meter. Like other Fnirsi products it works great. I love the fact that it's a DMM form factor but has the scope and signal generator built in. Having the scope feature along with the DMM is an incredible troubleshooting tool. And like their other products, the user interface is fantastic.Ver másVer menos

A few other points.
I am not going to repeat all of the things that were said earlier, Yes, the manual is terrible, screen is bright and clear, etc., etc, etc. I am only going to discuss three things which were either not made clear or that my experience was different.Signal Generator - My experience with the signal generator was very different from an earlier customer who complained that the frequency was way off. I do not doubt the experience of this customer; however I found the signal generator's frequency to be spot on. As an experiment, I set the frequency for 440Hz, which corresponds to A above middle C on a musical keyboard. Frequency requirements for musical pitch are extremely stringent, and I had zero faith that it would be correct. I was very surprised to find that my unit was absolutely correct.For background information, I purchased my unit in July 2026, while this other review posted in June of 2025. It is entirely possible that FNIRSI has tightened up their manufacturing standards since then. My unit still has version 1.0 so a firmware update seems out of the question. But is also possible that the variation between units is great and we just happened to get very different quality units.Live Function - The ability to detect live power lines with a single lead is very convenient. However I found that for this to work, both sockets must have a lead in them, even if the common (black) probe is not used. This does not seem to have been mentioned anywhere else.Exiting the Oscilloscope Setup - Entering the setup page for the oscilloscope is complicated enough, but I found no way to back out. The only way that I found that one could reliably exit this section was to power down the unit and restart. Fortunately the changes in one's settings are retained. I presume that this will be addressed in a future firmware update.All things considered, I am VERY happy with my unit and only subtracted one star for reasons mentioned by othwer reviewersVer másVer menos

It's in my "go-bag" from today
Fulfilled my expectations and then some. Takes a little getting used to the menu if you really need to leverage all the features. This is exactly what i need in my go bag as an almost retired industrial and medical electronics engineer. Anything greater, that job needs to come in to the lab and attract some real $$$. Lots of features and accurate enough for field work. Love the fact i can generate a waveform and monitor it simultaneously. Great form factor and USB C charging too I'm buying a couple more for my field techs.Ver másVer menos

Awesome meter and very accurate
Very good meter and good quality I use it as a bench meter and she does the job well.
