Excellent cordless soldering iron!!!
This iron is totally awesome. I was very impressed by it! The build quality is superb, it works great on most light duty electronics. However, I was able to tin 12 AWG stranded wires with no problem what so ever. The iron heats up almost instantly so no long waiting for it to heat up. It also cools down fairly quickly when shut off. The battery lasts long enough for most projects, but you can plug it in and use it while it is charging as well so there is no downtime. And if you wanted to you could purchase an additional battery to keep with you if you need to use it cordless and need more battery time. Excellent value for the money, I have an more expensive Weller iron that is no where near as nice. Easy and quick to use with a very intuative menu system. Comes with 3 tips, however the K type tip is the best for this small iron. Very nice carry case is included as well. Very well done Fnirsi!Ver másVer menos
