Excellent refurbish
Excellent phone, perfect condition 💜 definitely a viable strat to get last year's premium model for half off! Battery lasts a long time, very good performance and screen quality, not a single crack or blemish. The camera is insane too. Really glad I bought this and replaced my base model s24 . Whoever used the phone for 10 months to trade it in for the s26, thanks for saving me money 🎊Ver másVer menos

Great phone
Works greatEasy to move contacts etc from old note10Great condition, battery in good conditionJust figured out that you can tap the center of the screen to turn the phone on from sleeping much easier than pushing on the side button.

Galaxy s25 ultra, Great Buy With A Minor Flaw.
Bought the Amazon Renewed/Refurbished from the seller. Came mostly in good condition. It was unlocked, I had no issue setting up and activating service provider. Battery is in great condition and great performance. Device only warms up under normal heavy use like multitasking, such as talking on the phone while gaming at the same time. Great call quality, and internet connectivity. I also confirmed that this one still has the original screen which was great because sometimes you run the risk of buying a phone repaired with a lower quality screen that can break easily. But this one i can tell its genuine, because it still has the anti-reflection thats provided by samsung on these phones. Knocked off 1 star because it did have a long hairline scratch and a couple tiny dents on the screen. But I let it slide because it did not leave any bubbles after screen protector application. Also because those minor flaws aren't noticeable while the phone is on and watching content. But it is noticeable if the screen is black and I try to look hard for it. So besides that, I can live with it, since i still rather have the original screen for something just minor. I paid almost half the price for the samsung galaxy s25 ultra compared to this year's new samsung galaxy s26 ultra with not much of a big difference in quality and performance. I save money while this phone got it's latest security and software update and still has 6 years left of security updates. Hopefully this phone will last till then. I recommend this seller, but i advise you to still do your due diligence in verifying that everything works on the phone before slapping on a case and screen protector and or before the return window, because this can still be a hit or miss. So far, this phone is a keeper. Reviewed on 08/02/2026.Ver másVer menos

Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Happy
Genuinely very pleased with my choice to purchase from this seller. Amazing product. Right out of the package, it was flawless. Just completed smart switch and am now accessing all of the apps before I add the service. Updated to current OS without issue. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.Ver másVer menos

Horrible service and product
Product malfunctioned with 1 day of getting it. Camera auto focus was struggling focusing. It made a redeated clicking noise. They company would not send a replacement. Like people carry an extra 1 TB phone around and want to spend 2 hours updating all the apps and wait days and do it again 4 days later. They shouldn't carry the Amazon refurbished name. All they had to do was send out a replacement and and let me send the one I had back once I transfered it over.Ver másVer menos

Disappointing Experience!
Ordered this phone suppose to be in excellent condition. Phone Exterior was in excellent condition. But camera made a buzzing noise and would not focus in camera and video mode. Contacted the company don't know how there reconditioning techs missed such a major know flaw with this year phone. Was only given option on Amazon for refund. I was refunded no issue but just disappointed with company. I had put all my info on phone and then had to remove it due to camera issues to return. Very Fustrating.Ver másVer menos
