Great phone for gamers
Great product, I highly recommend it if you are going to use it for gaming. The battery is pretty good, the camera is excellent, connectivity is wonder, scratch resistant is good, durability is excellent, and the grip is great.

Unlocked apparently doesn't mean "Unlocked"!
The item arrived today. I worked to update it from my old phone (Samsung S9+) using the "Smart Switch" Then I switched my SIM card over to my provider. Here is when the problem began. Long story short, the phone was NOT unlocked. I have T-Mobile, so I contacted them. They tried to help. Apparently this is a common enough problem that they have resources to reach out to Amazon to work to resolve it. As it turns out, however, the resource I got was nothing more than a sales customer representative. The only option they could offer was a prepaid return label. Not even a replacement.So in that obnoxious CSR way, he said, "What I can do is send you a label. You can then drop it off at a UPS Location. Once it's returned we can provide you with a full refund. Would that be okay?"Annoyingly asking if it is okay because the only other option is to keep the phone which I cannot otherwise use. That just seemed like adding salt on top.Anyway, the phone may be great quality. It might have been a good value (if it worked). It may have been fast and scratch resistant. It may have a lot of functionality that I wanted, but I will never know because it was worthless for me since I could not unlock the network provider on a phone that is advertised as "Unlocked"Ver másVer menos

Excellent phone
Bought it for the super wide band (SWB) phone call quality available when connected to Buds3 and buds4 series and superb flagship performance.

Galaxy S25+ Locked not Unlocked as advertised
Delivery and packing were excellent. The physical condition of the phone was as advertised. The phone is not a USA registered device. Automatic software updates are not available because the firmware is coded for some other region. I was able to activate the phone on my T Mobile account and it is usable BUT it is LOCKED not "Unlocked" as advertised. I've tried to email GM DEALS, the seller, but have not received a reply. T Mobile support was willing to listen to my concerns and provided a solution to manually update phone software using a PC. I think GM DEALS should have provided an accurate description of the Locked status and software update problem in the product description.Ver másVer menos

You will need to purchase a new SIM card, but everything else is perfect! 😃
I was very pleased with my purchase of this phone. I received the phone on time and as expected. It is in excellent condition as described. Although it says you can just move your SIM card from your old phone to the new phone, it unfortunately isn't that easy. I already knew this before purchasing the phone and already knew I would have to buy a new SIM card from my service provider. All is good though because it was only $25 for a new SIM card, and they were able to install it and connect the phone in under 10 minutes. I'm sure they could have used my old SIM card, but it definitely would have taken longer than 10 minutes and would have been much more difficult to do. In my opinion, the seller of this phone should be upfront about this, but it was definitely unlocked as described, and I can't even tell it is used. It has great battery life and recharging times. The resolution and screen quality are extremely good and it has great camera resolution/clarity. I am still learning how to use all the new A.I. features, but the help is definitely outstanding! 5 stars!!Ver másVer menos
