Great customer service and quality phone
When I first received the phone, it ended up not being completely unlocked. I contacted the seller and we tried resolving the issue before replacing the phone. They were very helpful and apologetic for the problem, and sent out a replacement as soon as they received the returned phone. I waited to review to give them a chance to rectify the situation, which they did. I received the replacement today which is unlocked and working great! Both the original phone and the replacement are in great condition. The seller was very responsive to my messages while we worked on resolving the issue, and I am happy with the outcome. Refurbished is the way to go!
This is my first time buying a refurbished phone, and it did not disappoint! I chose the excellent quality, and the phone looks brand new. Everything was able to transfer over easily using Samsung Switch. Upgraded from an S24 FE. This phone is fast, camera quality is amazing, and is unlocked. I use Xfinity Mobile. I was able to put my sim in, restart the phone, and my service connected right away. Good seller, shipped out very fast and received my order the next day. Will definitely buy from this seller again in the future.Also wanted to add I ran battery diagnosis and battery life is 100%, very happy with my purchase.Ver másVer menos

Unlocked apparently doesn't mean "Unlocked"!
The item arrived today. I worked to update it from my old phone (Samsung S9+) using the "Smart Switch" Then I switched my SIM card over to my provider. Here is when the problem began. Long story short, the phone was NOT unlocked. I have T-Mobile, so I contacted them. They tried to help. Apparently this is a common enough problem that they have resources to reach out to Amazon to work to resolve it. As it turns out, however, the resource I got was nothing more than a sales customer representative. The only option they could offer was a prepaid return label. Not even a replacement.So in that obnoxious CSR way, he said, "What I can do is send you a label. You can then drop it off at a UPS Location. Once it's returned we can provide you with a full refund. Would that be okay?"Annoyingly asking if it is okay because the only other option is to keep the phone which I cannot otherwise use. That just seemed like adding salt on top.Anyway, the phone may be great quality. It might have been a good value (if it worked). It may have been fast and scratch resistant. It may have a lot of functionality that I wanted, but I will never know because it was worthless for me since I could not unlock the network provider on a phone that is advertised as "Unlocked"Ver másVer menos

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ cell phone is the plus model, slightly larger display and higher-end versus the base 25 model. This phone is a great price now that the next generation models are starting to release. Bought two of these a few weeks apart. Both unlocked, joined Verizon network with no issues. Swapped SIM from older model phones into the new 25+ and off to the races! Long battery life. Gorilla glass display is hard to scratch or break. If you're rough on phones, clumsy and/or into extreme sports, be sure to get a case and tempered glass screen protector to protect your investment, as these phones are still considered relatively luxury-level and even on sale and discount remain expensive.Ver másVer menos
