  Simple, Effective, Mixes Easily

I've tried several creatine products over the years, and this one has become my go-to option. The micronized powder mixes easily in water with minimal clumping and is much more pleasant to drink than some competing brands I've used.I use it daily and appreciate the consistency and convenience of receiving it through Subscribe & Save. The quality has been reliable from container to container, and the value is excellent considering the number of servings included. For anyone looking for a straightforward creatine monohydrate supplement without unnecessary additives, this is an easy choice.Ver másVer menos

Clean Mix, No Stomach Issues, and Actually Tastes Good

I picked this up to support strength training and recovery, and it’s been a solid addition to my routine. The powder mixes very easily in water with no gritty texture, which is something I’ve had issues with on other creatines. The Blueberry Lemonade flavor is surprisingly good — not overly sweet or chemical-tasting. I usually drink it post-workout and it goes down smoothly even without adding anything else.I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and haven’t had any stomach discomfort or bloating, which was one of my main concerns with creatine. It dissolves quickly even in cold water, which makes it convenient when I’m in a rush. The only minor downside is that flavored creatine costs a little more than unflavored, but for me the taste and ease of use make it worth it.Overall, I’d recommend this to anyone looking for a reliable creatine that mixes clean and doesn’t upset your stomach — especially if you prefer something that actually tastes good.Ver másVer menos

Will stick with this one for a while

I dry scoop my creatine, meaning I chuck a scoop into my mouth and then just start to drink water till my mouth is powder free. And this is soooo much better than unflavored powder. Great taste and I need to keep myself from taking a second helping right after the first one. It works great and does not mess with my gut in any way. All in all very happy and good priceVer másVer menos

  Doesn't Mix Well

I purchased this because it's cheap and from a trusted brand (who I get my protein supplements from). This creatine powder is extremely difficult to mix into water for some reason. I have blender bottles and they mix other supplements with ease, but no matter how long I seem to shake this stuff, it always settles back onto the bottom. I'm still using it, just have to remember to shake it up before each sip. I was kind of annoyed that this didn't come with a scoop or any measurement in the container. All the other supplements I get provide one, this one just says use a "heaping" teaspoon" which can be interpreted many different ways. I've found mixing it into my breakfast smoothie to be ideal since it cant really settle in there. I haven't noticed a massive difference as far as my workouts go, but I'm still kind of a beginner in the gym. The flavor is OK, its not a super strong flavor and if you use a reasonable amount of water it definitely gets a watered down taste. I have had no adverse side effects I can link to this product as far as digestion and tummy troubles go.Ver másVer menos

Optimum Nutrition Creatine - Great value and actually tastes good

I've tried a handful of creatine powders and this one hits the mark on both taste and value. Blueberry Lemonade flavor is genuinely enjoyable — mixes smoothly and doesn't have that chalky or gritty texture some micronized powders get stuck with. At 5g per serving and 60 servings per tub, the price per serving is hard to beat for a trusted brand like Optimum Nutrition. I also like that it's banned substance tested, which gives extra peace of mind if you compete or just want a clean product. Been taking it consistently. Will definitely repurchase.Ver másVer menos

  Works

Great products, have used ON for many years. Get the unflavored version, the flavor of this is just off.
