It’s the gold standard of creatine monohydrate for a reason
Been using Optimum Nutrition’s Micronized Creatine Monohydrate for a few months now and it’s honestly one of the best supplement purchases I’ve made all year. The consistency is a very fine powder, and it mixes into water or my protein shake with barely any grit left at the bottom, which is more than I can say for other brands I’ve tried. Taste-wise there isn’t one at all, it’s completely tasteless, so it doesn’t mess with whatever you’re drinking it in, which for me is a huge plus since I don’t want to choke down some weird chalky flavor every morning. In terms of value this is hard to beat, you get a ton of servings for the price and it works out to just pennies per scoop compared to some of the flashier brands charging double for the same exact ingredient. Effectiveness has been solid too, I’ve noticed better strength and fuller muscles within the first couple weeks of consistent use, which is exactly what creatine monohydrate is supposed to do when you actually stick with it daily. Mixing couldn’t be easier, a spoon and a few stirs in a glass of water does the job, no shaker bottle or blender needed. If you’re on the fence about creatine or worried about taste or mixability, this is the one to grab, it does exactly what it says and doesn’t cost an arm and a leg to keep up with.Ver másVer menos
