  This has to be some of the highest-quality creatine out there for the price. It has no odor and mixes nicely with water. I started noticing its effectiveness within the first 15 days, though I didn’t notice any skin benefits. It’s pretty straightforward to use: just put one scoop (which is included) in a glass of water, mix it well, and that’s it. Fair warning, though: it does taste chalky, but I’m fine with that since I didn't want a flavored version. One tub lasts about two months if you’re maintaining an existing routine, or about a month if you’re starting out and going through a loading phase.   The best choice for Creatine and clean supplements!

  Mental and physical boost

  So easy to use, dissolves easily in warm liquid and has no taste. I'm in my 70's and have already (30 days in) felt a difference in both workouts and mental response. So impressed that I purchased the same item for my older brother.
