Great deal!
Nice laptop and works great. I bought it specifically for running Plan7 Architect and it hasn’t glitched once. Other than that software I run Microsoft office and open AI apps. No problems here. I wish it had a little bigger screen but I knew it was a 14” when I bought it. This was the best laptop I could find for the money. I paid about $370 for it. It’s refurbished but looks great. No noticeable scratches and the battery holds a charge. Came with an AC adapter/charger.Ver másVer menos

Black Carbon fiber Dell
Very nice, setup was fast and easy. I really didn't expect it to be in the best shape but it is like new. Thinking about getting my kids one instead of the Apple Mac books they want.

I purchased the laptop in February 2026. It is now July 2026 and each time I use this laptop I have to hard restart it because the screen will freeze and it won’t allow me to move the cursor or use any keys on the keyboard, the only remedy to this problem is to power down, using the power button and restart it. I just updated the laptop about 15 minutes ago and it’s still doing this. I did read in the reviews that this has happened to a few people before… I now know that it is probably more common… I will not be purchasing another doubt computer ever again. An excellent buy!
Arrived safely, a day early. It looks and feels brand new. Worked right out of the box, installed with Win 11 Pro. A *lot* faster than my current ancient laptop! It turns itself on as soon as I open the lid. Nicely backlit keyboard. No DVD drive, and it only has a single USB-A port, but there's a USB-C/Thunderbolt port too, which was handy when installing software from an external DVD drive. Battery was about 2/3 charged when it arrived. I've not yet used it much, so I can't really comment on the battery life. Very pleased with it so far. I'd recommend it.Ver másVer menos

Excellent performance.
Good laptop for office works and daily use. not for gaming but enough to help you earn enough money to buy an actual gaming laptop. Use it well and it will last you longer. And also worth the price.

Battery life shipped less than 80% for an Excellent device sale
The laptop arrived and functions and looks well. However the battery life is lower than the sales description. The description for "Excellent" and other renewed laptops includes a battery life of 80%. The laptop that arrives has less battery life of 34,142 mWh (milliwatt Hours) out of 61, 970 mWh, which is 56.7% capacity. It will deteriorate and fail sooner than the 80% promised. A page of info by the inspector included with the laptop confirms this amount, but it was shipped as "Excellent" regardless. Every other test shows a good product - I am starting to regret the otherwise good purchase knowing the battery will drop more soon.Ver másVer menos
