A lightning fast laptop! Very good deal!
Being a PC guy that knows his stuff, I am very pleased with this refurbished laptop. It works like new. They wiped the HD and fresh installed Windows 11. No bloatware! However, you will need to install an anti-virus program. I recommend Avast free. I have been using it for a good 15 years with zero malware or virus infections, and it is 100% free. SPEEDY! I am also an emulator master. This little laptop runs the most power hungry games in MAMEUI64 at FULL SPEED WITHOUT ANY FRAME SKIPPING! I was amazed. It really is an awesome laptop. I will likely buy another one of these to keep in case. Works great with USB hubs and the HDMI is 1080p and looks great. A+A+A+Ver másVer menos

Fast little laptop! So glad I got this for my grandson who is coming into his senior year of high school. He loves it!

Dell Latitude - I was expecting better
I actually purchased 2 of these laptops, both advertised to be in excellent condition, which they were. I love the touch screen, size and weight of this laptop, but not so enchanted with the battery life, which on full charge only lasts a max of 2 hours or so. Both laptops have the 43Wh battery which I upgraded to 63Wh thinking my battery life would significantly improve, but that did not happen. That's okay though because I am only on about an hour a day anyway. However, why the 1 start rating is that both these laptops continually freeze up, which is terribly frustrating. And when they freeze, the only resolution is to power the off the laptop and re-boot. I don't like unreliable laptops and unfortunately I have found both of mine are exactly that. Sadly, for medical reasons, I did not start to use these laptops until after the return date expired, otherwise, they would have been returned. I have purchased other refurbished laptops from Amazon and they have all been excellent purchases. I guess I was due to run into a couple of lemons.Ver másVer menos

Fantastic seller!
Phenomenal deal. I love the laptop, but this seller of the refurbished model is what really gets it 5 stars. Don't hesitate to buy from them, absolute quality. Did a battery of tests and everything was perfect, even the battery was what I'll assume to be a brand new one. Every metric clocked perfectly. Fantastic condition. Packaged well. Great warranty. Solid deal
This is a VERY solid laptop for the price. I tested it for a day to make sure there were no issues. It performs well, the screen is in pristine condition, the battery lasted several hours of light, on/off use. The keyboard is clean and has no worn or sticky keys (it is the non-backlit version). The touch-screen works perfectly. I wiped the hard drive and installed a fresh Windows 11 Pro image after my testing, the embedded license auto activated right away so it's definitely a legit Win11 Pro license.There are a couple cons - a vinyl skin was added to the laptop, presumably to refresh the finish, which is fine, it's a nice finish and probably looks a lot nicer than whatever scratches might be on it, but they covered all the screws on the bottom. Not great if you want to upgrade or service it in the future, you'll have to cut or poke through the vinyl. I also smell the slightest hint of "the previous owner was a smoker" when the fan comes on. It's not a huge deal and can be expected from a used machine, I think I'm just a little extra sensitive to that smell, I used to repair computers and you could always tell.The laptop is advertised and pictured as coming with a CD drive. Mine didn't. Which is fine with me, I'll never need it and would honestly rather not have it.Finally, the included charger seems to work just fine, but it's a generic unbranded one so I don't fully trust it. Luckily it charges via USB-C so there's plenty of other options if you're picky about that.Ver másVer menos

Good for the price.
Battery life is about 3 hours or so. Somtimes the screen won’t come on unless you plug it in and it will still be at 50 percent battery. Other times you have to press the power button and wait for a while. But it’s all good.It works good for my spouse and I. We only use it for 3d printing, cricket designs and sublimation type stuff. The top layer did start pilling up but they made it right and took care of me. Easy set up. The size is good not crazy big but big enough to see.Ver másVer menos
