  Fits as expected. My mini schnauzer is a very petite little girl who was having issues with her front leg going up through the neck hole of her other harnesses. After purchasing this one she is no longer stuck and running around like a 3 legged panicked rabid animal. She is comfortable and stylish. It looks very cute and she has received many compliments on it.
