  Fabulous! Except for encouraging my cat's identity crisis

  Upon my cat's 7th birthday, he decided that he should be allowed to go outside with his dog siblings. While he isn't the most fit guy, this harness fits perfectly and also snug. He doesn't enjoy dressing up for Halloween, but he gets so excited to put on the harness as it validates that he is a dog that is about to go outside. While I don't use the leash that came with it, the harness itself is fabulous. Nice and bright color, plus sturdy clips and seems comfy on his chest. Highly recommend!Ver másVer menos

  Great fit, secure

  Perfect now! Originally ordered 2 - same color, same size but inexplicably got 1 in a different color, different size. Easy return and ordered the correct 2nd one. Fits great, seems sturdy and secure! Love that it came with a leash! My cats aren't happy, but they will get used to it! One of them acted like she couldn't walk in it, but that is a known cat ploy! 😃Ver másVer menos

  Not escape proof, straps loosen on there own, still recommended though

  Definitely not escape proof at all but provides enough time to grab your cat befor escape, straps loosen on there own some on a long walk, check and retighten. If you don't get the exact size for your cat they escape super easily but get the correct size and it's a good harness. My cat doesn't mind it at all and materials are soft and breathable but if you have a cat that scratches the harness they will shred it. Overall one if the better harnesses on the market, no harness is 100% escape proof from any company. I do recommend this harnessVer másVer menos

  Good product

  Easy to put on, easy to adjust to fit, easy to attach leash. Seems to be sturdy. Too bad my cat is afraid to go outside. I was hoping to get him to exercise.

  Please sell replacement leashes!

  I originally bought this harness for my elderly cat so that he could spend some time outside in his last few months. It turned out that was the last thing he wanted but cats, ya know. Cue two years later and I brought home a 3.5 lb puppy. We had bought the smallest dog leash they had at the store but the clip was still massive compared to my dog. I dug through the box of things I had kept from my cat’s life and lo and behold, the leash from this harness was PERFECT for a house line for a tiny puppy. Not only was the clip tiny, but the 4.9 ft length was perfect as it didn’t get caught on or wrapped around things. Despite many washings, its final days occurred when a tight knot developed on the leash and the knot happened to make a trip through some smelly droppings and I couldn’t get it all cleaned out. I purchased a new cat leash from the pet store but it’s 6 feet long and gets stuck and wrapped around everything in the house. Who would have thought this random leash would have been the answer to our problems? Anyway, I’m back to say this leash is invaluable (I mean, the harness is nice too) and I purchased another harness JUST to get my hands on the leash because I cannot find its equal anywhere else. Rabbitgoo, I encourage you to sell the leash separately because it’s a godsend for tiny puppies and apparently no one else is selling a 4.9ft cat leash.Ver másVer menos

  It looks well-made and cute as well

  But!!!! my cat is hyper nervous to begin with so I left the harness on her bed next to her for a while, and she got used to the idea of it being there so that I loosened it all the way up one day and I tried to get it over her head. She freaked out to let past her ears And it was loose all the way and it was still a little bit tight to go further so rather than loose her affection forever I backed off and tried a couple of days later! She feels like she’s being choked when I tried to put this over her head, and if I actually got it over ahead, the buckles for the neck are much too big and too severe. It should be something much smaller, or even some sort of elastic, because in the end, if she does get away, you don’t want to feel like she’s going to hang herself it should be breakaway, even if she runs away, she will be alive compared to choking to death! I looked at the instructional video and I measured her to make sure I ordered the proper size and I’m sure if she was not hyper nervous I could’ve got it over her head but the point is it’s going to stress her out just trying to get it on and then if she does have an experience where she’s really nervous, she’s going to go wild with that thing choking herI’m sitting on this for another couple of days because I really want to enjoy things with her and the earnest does look like it’s well-made, but these plastic nylon buckles are much bigger than they need to be and should be replaced with something smaller and lighter weight may small aluminum buckle as opposed to a huge nylon buckle? Additionally, most cats will try to back out of the problem they got into and there’s nothing other than her rib cage to hold the rear part of the harness on and they will simply escape and back out of the chest part and then fight like hell to get their head out of the front part so the only way you can prevent losing your kitty is nearly choke to death with the first part of the harness! I’m not into that at all. I think this is a problem that doesn’t have a solution. I don’t blame the company for trying to make one. I think they made a decent attempt but it’s just not gonna fly. I wish they would make it so the kitty would step into it and you could buckle behind the rib cage and then pull up the unbuckled neck collar and snap together behind her neck.
