Customer support was A-1, and after some tweaks this is a BEAST!
Only one complaint - The RAM installed was not correct, I called the seller and they sent the correct ram to my door within 2 days.Once the software was updated and a few tweaks were made this machine FLEW through everything I threw at it. It is not loud at all, and the cooling system works fantastically. Use the NVIDIA GPU auto-optimization to boost the card and cooling, and you are set for moderate to high-end gaming! Battlefield 1 on high with everything on has 0 lag and smooth frames. No bloatware, no other issues other than some Nvidia updates, and a few manual files added for the NVIDIA optimization process.There is NO WAY you could build this machine for this price.Ver másVer menos

This thing rocks BUT DOWNLOAD AN AFTERMARKET FAN CONTROLLER
9900k with the 2080ti. Crushes everything I throw at it and wasnt full of crappy bloatware. That's a win in my book.HOWEVER - the GPU runs hot if you do not download an aftermarket fan controller. As another reviewer mentioned, HP only has the cooling fan set to run at 40% under load, which isn't nearly enough. I used EVGAs precision tuner and set a more aggressive cooling curve. Good System but not so stellar support
The system was decently priced, with good internals and a full compliment of software. it's plenty fast for its intended purpose and expandable enough to keep it relevant for years to come. However, it suffers for one flaw that its kind of important for a system of this price: The HP-built in recovery solution doesn't work with this system. Yes, you heard it right. HP Cloud Recovery Tool lists this fairly new system as unsupported (I asked HP and they sent me an USB with recovery software that did not work either). This is a big deal if you need to wipe your system for whatever reason and an even bigger deal if you are technically un-savvy. Thank God the built in windows 10 recovery solution works, but this an egregious oversight for a system in this price bracket.Ver másVer menos

Colling is atrocious less than 2 years in had to replace most of the parts just to keep the thing running, case is cramp with no room for upgrades and all in all is an overpriced scam.

It's a borderline scam
Terrible cooling, cramp case, and cheap parts. Don't buy.

Great bang for the buck!
Has all the current latest-greatest hardware, plays everything on highest settings, blazing fast. I've got Skyrim SE with over 200 mods cranking away at 120fps without breaking a sweat! As it comes, great value; I added another 16gb of RAM and a couple 3Tb harddrives for extra storage (had 'em all laying around anyway.) The vid card is running a 35" 144Hz and a 28" @ 60Hz and the system's temp has yet to break 90°F. Pretty slick! Financed through Amazon with a 24mo no-interest deal; hard to beat that!Ver másVer menos
