Very nice printer.
I had issues with setting this printer up. It froze up during the initial set up. After it came out of its funk, it has worked flawlessly ever since. The setup and such took about an hour. I would buy this again and suggest you do the same.

Convenient, affordable, only printer your office should purchase!
My 3rd HP Office Printer w/ scan, copy & top feed since 2012. Had husband's different brand as my last printer combo. This is such an improvement!!! I set it up myself, yes, I'm old! Does everything I could hope it would. I use this for DAR paperwork, apps especially and need quick printing w/ quality. The cost was about 1/3 of what I paid originally, and it's sized better for my office area. Packaging was awesome, especially the bag w/ handles. I plan to pack this for my winter home, so love its convenience. Ink cartridges were awkward; the orange handle is a bad consumer idea for a 73 y/o. Also, those tiny cartridges appear very small, hope it isn't an ink hog!Ver másVer menos

Great Printer for the Price!
So far this has been an excellent home printer. It was easy to set up and connect it thanks to the built in touch screen. The only issue I had with it was it kept disconnecting from the wifi if it sat idle (This could be an issue with my network setup since some of my Arlo cameras do the same thing at times). The issue was easy to fix by just connecting it to the router with an ethernet cable. The printing is smooth and quick for a printer at this one's price point. I ran some jobs printing on both sides of the paper and the duplex feature handled it without me having to manually flip the pages to do the back sides. It comes with a few months of instant ink membership, which I already had on the previous printer. Getting everything switched to this new one was easy. Overall I'd recommend this printer if you are looking for a decent one at a reasonable price for home use or even for a small business. I would recommend setting it up near your internet router in case the wifi issue is not due to my network settings.Ver másVer menos

Sharp Printer
Great printer. I bought it as a replacement for an all in one HP Officejet 6500 e 709n. It was extremely easy to set up. It is much faster and the print is much sharper. The ink is a bit expensive but the print quality is superior.

Disappointed
The HP Print software with this printer is terrible. If all you want to print is 8-1/2 x 11 on plain bond in grayscale, then it's great. Printing color photos on 4x6 photo paper is a challenge; requires changing the settings on the printer. What a pain! I realize it is not marketed as a photo printer, so my bad for assuming it would be compatible. The office features that I was looking for were the document feeder and the duplex function. The document feeder jammed when trying to scan a document that had been folded in the mail; could not get it to work. Also, duplex feature is quite complicated; ended up scanning one page, manually turning it over and scanning other side. It is not a cheap printer; I'm very disappointed.Ver másVer menos

Simple setup and great quality prints.
Works great! Super easy to install and use. This 84 yo man had no problem with setup! Prints are fast and very good. Recommend to anyone who wants a very good home office all in one printer.
