Easy to install (after some research) and sounds great!
The installation instructions include a barcode to install the Samsung Sound app, which is required for remote control and, most importantly, to change from the default settings. The app could not find the soundbar. I did some research online and discovered that the Samsung Sound app would only find the soundbar on a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, not on a Multi-Frequency network. The solution was to download the SmartThings app, which I did. This app found the soundbar, and all the options that the Samsung Sound app offered were available with this app. The soundbar and subwoofer connected to my new Samsung television as soon as they were plugged in.Ver másVer menos

Phenomenal sound, especially when paired with the 9500S rear speakers
I am very happy with the sound quality of this soundbar system, especially after pairing it with the 9500S rear speakers. I have a friend who bought a JBL soundbar who constantly comments about how much better my system sounds than his. I'm sure the neighbors don't love the bass...but I do and I'm very happy with my purchase!Ver másVer menos

Amazing sound.
Amazing sound. Works perfectly with my new Samsung TV. Hdmi(arc) cable to sound bard and wireless to the sub. TV volume adjusts both the TV and the sounds bar.
