No on site service
This is advertised to have onsite service and it does not. Mine came with a keyboard lagging problem and was refused on site service by Dell with Dell stating this was Amazon stating the coverage and not Dell. The seller was also no help as they state that they are not the owner of the listing.Ver másVer menos

S Tier Laptop!!!
This laptop is an absolute powerhouse. The performance is insanely fast—everything from gaming to multitasking runs smooth with zero lag. I’ve thrown heavy workloads at it and it handles everything without breaking a sweat. The display is sharp and immersive, and the build quality feels premium and solid. You can tell this is a high-end machine. Cooling is also impressive—it stays relatively cool even during long gaming sessions.Battery life is what you’d expect for a performance laptop (not amazing, but acceptable), but honestly this machine is built for power, not portability. If you’re looking for a top-tier gaming or work laptop that can handle anything you throw at it, this is it. No regrets at all.Ver másVer menos

So heavy and burdensome
This computer is great and does everything anyone could need it to do. It's got great graphics and sound is medium quality. But for me it weighs over 9lbs. It's like having a bowling ball on my lap. it wasn't comfortable to use at all. It might work out for someone who uses it stationary. But a laptop is supposed to be just that, to be used on ones lap. I had to return it and I'm hoping that this process goes smoothly and I get my account credited quickly. I barely used it and don't like to have to return anything, but I couldn't live with it.Ver másVer menos
