Almost as good as a built pc

No on site service
This is advertised to have onsite service and it does not. Mine came with a keyboard lagging problem and was refused on site service by Dell with Dell stating this was Amazon stating the coverage and not Dell. The seller was also no help as they state that they are not the owner of the listing.Ver másVer menos

So heavy and burdensome
This computer is great and does everything anyone could need it to do. It's got great graphics and sound is medium quality. But for me it weighs over 9lbs. It's like having a bowling ball on my lap. it wasn't comfortable to use at all. It might work out for someone who uses it stationary. But a laptop is supposed to be just that, to be used on ones lap. I had to return it and I'm hoping that this process goes smoothly and I get my account credited quickly. I barely used it and don't like to have to return anything, but I couldn't live with it.Ver másVer menos

SCAM BEWARE
It has issues with the laptop and Amazon informed me they would reimburse me for repairs and has YET to do so!!! I am out of money and can no longer return the item!

Fast, stay up to date, large screen, audi/video is perfect
Very nice, no issues, had it about 6 min and all is working as expected.Fast, nice size screen, handle multiple jobs simultaneously, connects to 3 separate NAS devices over 3 networkd/Really powerful. I like it
