Great gummies to relax
Have only used it for a few nights but so far, so good. I do seem to feel a little more relaxed when I go to bed for the night. I will keep using it and update the review if anything changes. They taste very good and they're very soft gummies.

Impressive results!
Am so impressed that these gummies do exactly what they advertise. From the very first night I took the great tasting gummy I fell asleep within 15 minutes and slept at least 5 hours straight. Does the job very well.
These gummies were decided upon after searching for something that fit my needs. They work well, much better than other magnesium pills I've taken in the past. They really do not have much of a taste to them, and I take one before bedtime. They help me sleep better and I know I'm getting the right amount that I need. At first, I was confused as to what consisted of a serving because most of them were stuck together, but I realized I only needed one gummy per serving which is like a ball cut in half.Ver másVer menos

Great tasting supplement!
Tasty, easy to take magnesium. It’s the best gummy version of a supplement I’ve ever tried. No odd taste giving away the fact that it’s a mineral supplement. I take it every day. Much better than the huge, hard as a rock, magnesium pills I’ve had.

It does relax me!
Taste is good. I really wanted to improve my sleep but i didn’t wanna take a sleeping pill. This is a dietary supplement which aside from the great benefits, i believed can indirectly impact your sleep for the better. With that goal in mind, it took like a week to work for me. This is probably better taken in the afternoon rather than in the morning. I haven’t noticed side effect yet.Ver másVer menos
