Replaces lost magnesium to help keep my leg cramps away.

Great quality and easy on my stomach

This is a great product that doesn't cause stomach aches or upset stomach, which is very important to me. It also relaxes my muscles after a busy day and I sleep well.

My favorite magnesium supplement!
I love this brand and this type of magnesium! Good price, good quality. Capsules are easy to swallow. I like to take this spread out throughout the day, but especially at night, as it seems to help calm my mind and my body. My husband loves this product too!

I absolutely love this product!
I just have to say, I absolutely love this product! I take it every night, and it really gives me the best sleep ever. It’s become a favorite part of my bedtime routine, and I truly enjoy it!
