This is a great product that doesn't cause stomach aches or upset stomach, which is very important to me. It also relaxes my muscles after a busy day and I sleep well.

My favorite magnesium supplement!

I love this brand and this type of magnesium! Good price, good quality. Capsules are easy to swallow. I like to take this spread out throughout the day, but especially at night, as it seems to help calm my mind and my body. My husband loves this product too!

Mag Gly

Product is as advertised. Says manufactured "for" a U.S. company but that does not necessarily mean it was manufactured in the USA.
