Excellent phone, perfect condition 💜 definitely a viable strat to get last year's premium model for half off! Battery lasts a long time, very good performance and screen quality, not a single crack or blemish. The camera is insane too. Really glad I bought this and replaced my base model s24 . Everything was on point

Disappointing Experience!
Ordered this phone suppose to be in excellent condition. Phone Exterior was in excellent condition. But camera made a buzzing noise and would not focus in camera and video mode. Contacted the company don't know how there reconditioning techs missed such a major know flaw with this year phone. Was only given option on Amazon for refund. I was refunded no issue but just disappointed with company. I had put all my info on phone and then had to remove it due to camera issues to return. Very Fustrating.Ver másVer menos

Horrible service and product
Product malfunctioned with 1 day of getting it. Camera auto focus was struggling focusing. It made a redeated clicking noise. They company would not send a replacement. Like people carry an extra 1 TB phone around and want to spend 2 hours updating all the apps and wait days and do it again 4 days later. They shouldn't carry the Amazon refurbished name. All they had to do was send out a replacement and and let me send the one I had back once I transfered it over.Ver másVer menos
