Perfect phone
Im so happy with this purchase, even thought FedEx took the delivery to a different location and it was a nightmare. But at the end of the day I was able to pick it up at FedEx. It’s definitely an amazing value for the money! No scratches no dents, it was in perfect condition. The features are just great! Battery life is once too!Ver másVer menos

So far, so good!
This phone arrived overnite. I can't find a blemish on it. I was able to get it set up with my carrier easily without any issues. Hopefully, it stands the test of time. Some reviews said it wasn't unlocked, but it definitely was. I went from a Note 20 Ultra and it feels and looks almost identical even has the pen. Excited about the 1 TB. I always have had a Note till now. Love their size. I think it's a little heavier but seems very sturdy. Think I'm gonna love it!!Ver másVer menos

Excellent phone
I’ve been using the Galaxy S25 Ultra and I’m really enjoying it. The display is beautiful, the phone feels fast and premium, and the battery lasts well throughout the day. great buy very happy with this purchase.
Love my new phone. even though it was reconditioned its working out wonderfully. saved me alot of money at a discounted price. still trying to get use to all the features it has, I'm still getting use to it.

As Advertised, but Check the Seller.
When you buy a phone from "Amazon Renewed", you're not buying from a single source. The particular phone you place in your cart is going to be the cheapest version with the specs/quality you choose, which could be from any number of resellers. The 1-star reviews complaining about "locked" or "damaged" phones are all coming from different sources, so it's difficult to trust anything you see on the product page. My personal experience is not indicative of what your experience might be, because we're probably getting our phones from different sellers.So that being said, this isn't going to be a review of the phone, because that's not why you're here. You want to know if this listing is legit. I ordered the unlocked version of the S25 Ultra about 3 weeks ago, and as of today, it's working just fine. It's actually unlocked and working great with US Mobile. The phone's condition was also as described, with no scratches, scuffs, or marks of any kind. If any of that changes, I will be back here to amend my review.Checking the seller of the particular phone you'll be buying is the only realistic due diligence you can do.Ver másVer menos

Great phone
So far loving the phone. Only thing is bought a tmobile phone and I am pretty sure it is not but works fine.
