WOWZA! Easy Peasy Painless setup!
Wow! I am impressed, from start to finish. Setup is a breeze (I have never set up sourround sound), the system is extremely intuitive (and good quality) and imediately lets you know with active voice that you are connected. I did watch a quick youtube video for some basic idea before starting but their instructions are pretty clear. 2 speakers connect to soundbar( color coded white and red for left and right, tags on wires indicate L/R fron and same for rear. Two speakers plug in to subwoofer (power cord goes to wall) for using at back - it is wirelesly connected to soundbar (so no worries about wires running the length of your room). Soundbar connects to power source and you have 3 choices to connect it to your TV, i used HDMI option for my smart TV. I downloaded app from google playstore ( I have android phone) and its extremely easy to PAIR, and follow allong their instructions, Just a tap on soundbar icon for HDMI and on app. It felt like this system basically set itself up, its pretty smart, like AI. Smart TV setting/ Sound was easy to find. Had everything hooked up all looked like a go but no sound yet, another look at instruction and it clearly gives directions for that to set sound on Digital Audio Output -PCM - I shot the video with the only at 4 and yet it is full and clear and fills the room naturally!! Its gorgeous sound even so low, cant wait to pump up the volume!! Easy peasy painless setup, WOWZA beautiful system, beautiful sound!Ver másVer menos

Initially Disappointed ( Updated 7/6/26 )
Update 7/6/26 (Original review on D70 below)Ultimea reached out after this review and offered to replace the second system again with another system. This time they offered to upgrade the D70 with either the D80 or another similar. I accepted and went with the D80.So far the D80 has had no issues and is a great sounding system. That said, the only reason I am changing my review from my initial 1 star to 5 is because of the customer service that was provided by ultimea. Very few companies out there are committed to making sure customers are satisfied with their products, and I commend them for it.( Original review )For the price, the sound bar would be awesome except for an annoying issue of static or crackling in the speakers at higher volumes. I contacted ultimea and they sent me a return label and a complete replacement system. Same exact issue with the new system, crackling in the speakers. Too bad too.Ver másVer menos

Sounds great, not totally wireless.
Had some issues with the app, but the system sounds great. Blue tooth took some time and couldn't connect with my phone initially. The base is wireless, but had to connect the rear speakers to the base. The shipping was lost, but not sure if that was the seller's issue. Overall, satisfied with the unit.Ver másVer menos

Raising the Bar
I was extremely hesitant to purchase this system at first mainly because I had never heard of the company Ultimea. My other sound bar is a Bose, therefore the "bar" was set pretty high (pun intended). I read most of the reviews related to this Ultimea and they were all positive. I decided to take a chance. It arrived in a matter of days, very well packaged which is huge when dealing with sensitive equipment. I was impressed with how they protected the system. Secondly, assembly was a breeze, pretty idiot proof. It helps that the sub-whoofer is factory set to receive information from the sound-bar even from a distance. Plug everything in, and you're good to go. I had a minor issue at first getting it to play, their customer service was excellent and I was able to get it running. Now let's talk about sound quality, after all that's the whole reason for purchasing the system. This one's a WOW. I had a surround system many years ago, and this one is better. Technology has changed a great deal since I bought my other system in 2002. My neighbors might not like me too much after using this system, which lets me know that it was a good purchase. After setting up a system, the was I usually test is chops is by playing my classical CD. When that CD is played, I should feel like I am in a concert hall like Carnegie Hall. This system passed my CD test with flying colors. If you're considering a system, don't let the low price-point scare you away. Got used system and b
Received an opened/used product that had visible wear( scratches, dust, sound bar that wouldn’t turn on when connected to power which is the main blue tooth connector) and unfortunately didn’t notice until I’d already wasted my time setting everything up. I can only recommend this surround sound system based on my friends who have it and it does sound very good but unfortunately my experience wasn’t the best. I do want to try to get another set once this is set right because the price is great for the quality based on movies I’ve watched at my friends house who had the same system.Ver másVer menos

Wow! What a difference it’s made!
This is my first surround sound system I’ve purchased in a long time. Easy set up and user manual was detailed enough to get everything connected and running. Didn’t have any issues with the subwoofer connecting to the soundbar. Everything worked when I turned the tv on. I checked the settings on the tv to make sure the audio was connected to ARC-E (HDMI). It comes with two other types of cable to ensure you can connect the soundbar to your tv’s audio. The sound level was automatically set at 50 when I turned on the TV, so be mindful of that when you turn your tv on for the first time. It nearly blew me out of the room it was SO LOUD! lolHighly recommend this surround sound system. I can see it working in any size room you put it in. To put this into perspective, my living room is 11ft X 17ft and I have the audio level set at 5 and it’s crystal clear and a comfortable level for me.I don’t plan on moving any time soon, but I’m keeping the box it came in. It has a handle on the top, secures shut with easy-to-remove tape tabs and uses a grey foam interior in two layers that hold each piece securely. Will make transport easy if the day comes if I move because you can guarantee I’m taking this surround sound system with me!Ver másVer menos
