Best phone I’ve ever owned. I’m cheap. Lol
I’ve been using this for a few months now and everything is perfect. Well worth the price. I still have 90gb of free space. I’ll never fill up this phone. Super easy transfer if you’re already a Samsung user. Nice, bright screen. The camera is nothing special. I’ll use this all day (doom scrolling) and the battery will still be around 70%. What does its Locked mean, and does it come with a SIM Card?
The cell phone was fine, and was delivered quickly. But it was locked to Samsung, and seems to have come without a SIM Card. This was a problem for me as I wanted to switch it to Tracfone. It was a big pain for Naive little me. Make sure you know about this stuff (i.e., locked versus unlocked, Sim Card A vs. Sim Bard B, etc.) before hitting the "Buy" button.Ver másVer menos

Great customer service and gorgeous phone
Amazon and seller took care of me. Was having trouble activating phone with Tracfone. Apparently the phone was still on original owners account. I contacted Amazon, who then contacted the seller. Got up the next morning to all issues taken care of. I would definitely recommend this purchase. Phone is beautiful and good as new for a fraction of the price.Ver másVer menos

Missing important components
The phone seems really nice, but not only did it not come with the wall adapter it also came with no SIM card. No mention of that in the description at all. Not happy!

No charger
Phone is in great condition and seems to be working great! However, the description states it will come with the needed accessories whether it be original or compatible and this phone didn't come with a charger. Only came with a C to C cord to transfer items from the old phone to the new one. That cord is useless for anything else.Ver másVer menos
