I couldn't be happier with the phone or the service!!
This was a fantastic deal on a really great phone . It was supposed to be refurbished but it looks brand new to me , not a single scratch or mark on it . Battery is good and everything works perfectly, I couldn't be happier . It came preloaded with 1500 minutes 1500 texts and 1500 mb data . The data went pretty fast but I've still got plenty of minutes and texts. And for only $34 !!! How can u beat that ?Ver másVer menos

Great deal but loaded with bloatware
Phone works but a bit on the slower side. It does the trick and great phone for the kids and elderly people. I would say the best thing to do is to remove some bloatware once you get the phone as the phone itself would lag with the extra bloatware. 1 star down for those installed bloatware (aka games and irrelevant apps)Ver másVer menos

Easy activation, service extended, clean phone.
I already had Tracfone service. Activation is straightforward using the Tracfone website on a computer. The year of service was credited to my account after about 20 minutes. The phone looks like new but came in a plain box without accessories. I kept the phone on for three days after activation and it still had 60% remaining power- but I didn't use it much. After that I reactivated my old phone and the service extension was still there. Note that Tracfone now requires that you use the phone for a year before it can be unlocked. I'm not sure if the included service plan counts toward the unlocking period.Ver másVer menos

AVOID TRACFONE LIKE THE PLAGUE THAT IT IS
TracFone has the WORST cell phone customer service on the planet, and it is getting worse. Their billing system will overbill, bill when nothing is due, and bill different amounts and dates from what they tell you. The website, app and texting all show different balances and expiration dates. I have been using TracFone for many years, and it has gotten MUCH worse in the past year as Verizon messes with their systems and calls them "updates". Calling in gets you NOWHERE. The reps from Philippines don't understand anything, give false information, and NEVER help at all. They will promise you that nothing will be billed until next month and then the I get billed the next day. Kiss your money and minutes and data goodbye. There are lower cost providers with much better service. This is NOT just me - I know others with their own accounts that have the same issues. Sure, you can just let them bill whatever they want and hope for the best, and add more money when it messes up and your phone dies and you find a wifi connection to add another plan. But it just isn't worth it. TRUST ME, it is NOT worth it. I've lost GBs of data when the phone service cut off months before the app end of plan date. I've lost MONTHS of unlimited service when they automatically renew with a 30-day plan that cancels my existing plan! Calling in does NO good at all. I don't think the reps have to ability to actually do anything other than charge you or add to your plan. And when I transferred our landline number to tracfone, which should be simple, it took about 15 calls (I am not kidding) because they couldn't figure out how to do a port correctly. I finally called the old phone company and even the port clearing house MYSELF to figure out what TracFone was doing wrong, then called them back, and then several more calls until finally I got it done. Amazing phone for the price
The phone was repacked & came in like new. However, I was unable to open the sim tray. But I didnt want to go through the return/refund hassle as the phone itself is amazing. For the price, the screen, speed, camera quality, memory(128GB storage & 4GB RAM with 4GB virtual RAM) is fantastic. OneUI works beautifully. The phone comes with 1500 mins/text/data. But locks for 1 year to Tracfone. However the phone is promised to get OS & security updates for 6 years, which is a lifetime for phone. I am very happy with the phone & I think I will eventually move to the Samsung ecosystem(impressed by the UI/UX)Ver másVer menos

Where's the activation Promo PIN number for included Minutes?!
Seems like a great phone but I could not activate it by moving my current Tracfone number and minutes so gave up and decided to activate it using the stated included PIN number for the minutes that were to come with the phone but there was no Plan PIN number included for minutes; and during activation they asked for it or for you to purchase a plan. Plan PIN Number was not in box. Anyone else have this problem?Updated: A really helpful Tracfone agent fixed it for me, transferred my number and minutes. Still don't why I didn't get the promo PIN number for free minutes but am happy with the phone so far.Ver másVer menos
