Good Value and prints very clear and sharp
I had an Epson and I used it for a couple years and started having problems withit, My son said he had the same going, so he bought this HP Smart Tank 5103.So I did as he said and got me one. I am happy I followed suite. The it's somewhatslow BUT the print quality is so much better and the printing of pictures is somuch clearer, I would recommend this printer anytime. HP is so stuck up
I’m very unhappy. This is my third HP printer. The ink was so expensive with the ink jet I bought off brand ink. It printed one page and never printed again. I’m guessing because the computer chip was not HP. Infuriating. We bought off brand ink cartridges for work printers all the time…Hoping to curb the computer chip in the ink cartridge, I went for the smart tank. Now my printer won’t work with my print to size app, which I love. I can quickly, easily fill a whole page with pictures and not waste any paper with this wonderful app. But HP is so stuck up with their name brand they won’t play with anyone else.The HP print app sucks. You have no options to print more than one picture on a page no matter what size your paper is. With as long as they’ve been around that’s insane.I also experienced the long wait times for it to print, and it just goes dead. The add for it had all this wonderful easy wireless printing nonsense. It’s not easy, it’s frustrating. I’m ready to return it. I also give it less than one star.Ver másVer menos

Easy to set up..great quality prints...great for the money..nice and stream lined when not using.

Exactly what I wanted.
I find this printer in answer to prayer. Simple to set up and simple to fill with ink. I haven't yet had to do anything to the ink supply because I haven't had it long enough. However, I know the ink level with no problem. I know it will be easy to refill when needed. The first time I've been happy with a printer in years.Ver másVer menos

Capability-Honestly, the best purchase I’ve made of 2025.I have printed over 3000 pages and it’s still working great. Honestly, completely worth the price you’re paying for. I print probably about four days out of the week and I’ve had the printer since February.Color quality-Does amazing but sometimes too saturated if there is a colored filter on the photos. You can always adjust the settings in the app.Ink capacity-I have printed over 3000 pages and around 40 photos and I’m still working on the same ink bottles I got with the printer.Scanning capabilities-The scanner works great other than it prints at a much slower rate. Also, I’ve used the scanner so much it now squeals a little bit.Compatibility-I print solely from my phone and it works great. If you’re printing from the app, you can’t use your phone while it’s printing but if you print from your google drive, you can still use your phone and leave the page.Hotspot-Using the printer from your mobile hotspot is a hit or a miss sometimes it works great and sometimes I have a little bit of trouble but that might be because of where I’m at. Majority of the time I have no issues.I’ve been printing safety data sheets for my work and those are 12 - 15 pages long and when on my hotspot, I can only print 3 copies of the packets if I try and print 4 copies of the packet it doesn’t work.Ink filling-Easiest process in the world. Never a mess.I’m giving this product a four star for the fact that sometimes I have connectivity issues when printing off my hotspot, but that may also be because of the area I’m in.The only thing I have not figured out is to get the unlimited ink for two years. I also haven’t run out of ink so I have not had to deep dive into that.Ver másVer menos
