Set up tricky but it works great.
The set up directions were not all that clear, especially adding the ink tanks as the diagram made it look like you had to put them in upside down. But it’s working great now m

Disappointment
When it works it’s an amazing printer, but when you, for example, run out of paper for your print, you have to practically spoon feed it. It’s so aggravating! I have been trying to cancel a print job stuck in the queue for over 15 minutes, jamming the queue so I can’t print anything. It’s got paper, there are no errors on the panel, it simply won’t print.I was so excited to get this HP because it’s the only printer brand I ever buy. I had my last one for over a decade with no issues ever, until it simply stopped printing. This HP is a huge disappointment. Finding assistance setting it up was frustrating as well. I might return this for a different brand.Ver másVer menos

Great home printer
Very nice printer, set up was easy and the print quality is very good. I have done any pictures with it, but for what I’m printing it’s doing a great job and love the fact that I can replace the ink myself.

Good choice!
It is quiet but slow. Great for personal use.

Permanent black ink on my wife's white carpet: I'm in deep trouble when she finds out. This item cannot be described as "plug-and-play". Instructions are typically WTF, and should be introduced with the caveat, "execute this process in your shop due to likelihood of leaking ink and broken parts". And then, good luck getting it to hook up with your other HP stuff like laptops and such. So sorry that I chose this particular piece of Hewlett Packard. Just so you know.Ver másVer menos
