Great choice
Bought for my daughter before she started college. Always have great luck with Dell laptops and this one is no exception.Great function at a reasonable price and in the first year of use not a single issue. The display size works well to help with fatigue, and the keyboard is also very comfortable.Speed is awesome since streaming classes and lectures remotely is a bonus.Ver másVer menos

It is a nice one.
Worked well but the switch was sticking and had to be pressed a number of times to power up. It rventually made a light click and started working. Didn't return it so I will see.

Worste Laptop & Service EVER in the history of Technology!!
I received this product and gave it to my girlfriend. It would get blisteringly hot whenever it was plugged in. It shut down in the middle of setup when we were first using it. I contact Dell Support that attempted to have us walk through things when the screen was black. They then suggested we take it to a nearby store (U Break I Fix) as it was an authorized store for their repairs. I took it to them 3 weeks to remove some fabric from packaging to stop the overheating. Then it wouldn't open up as it had set itself up with a username and password that was unknown to use. It took them 30 days to reset the laptop to factory settings. Then when we got home they had swapped out the powercord for one that didn't work with the laptop! This has been the worst purchase every and we have not been able to use this for 6 months now! Total waste and we are jumping through 100 hoops to even get to return it and get our money back. Don't waste your time or money with this! It Sucks!!Ver másVer menos
