Great quality at an amazing price
I run The Northeast GA Weather Center and we needed a few new Monitors that were reliable and provided us more screen space. The CRUA 34" monitor ended up being our final choice. The price was fantastic and played a big part of our decision to purchase. The monitor is very sturdy and well built. It came packaged very well "I recommend saving your packaging so that in the event of a move or something you can safely transport it." The quality of the monitors imagery is fantastic and is just as good as our name brand high dollar monitors. If you are a gamer this monitor is a fantastic choice as we also use it for this purpose. It has an amazing refresh rate and 4k and UHD videos and images come through in great detail. We will be purchasing several more of these monitors for our weather center as well as our other regional weather centers. We are now big fans of the CRUA brand and we highly recommend this product to everyone! You can not beat the quality or the price!Ver másVer menos

Surprising quality, great for work
I know this is advertised as a gaming monitor, but I decided to get a large, wide monitor for long work hours to replace my two 27 inch monitors. It has just enough width that you can easily split the screen and work side-by-side. It is genuinely helped my neck pain since my posture is staying straight. There is no lag in the monitor and it has a pretty good design. Nice and thin, sleek. The amount on the back of it was a little strange, but I figured it out. The only thing I don’t like about this monitor is you cannot adjust the height up and down and it does not tilt but for the price I can live with that. It does give you the option to mount on a wall, which is nice. This might be a me problem, but it didn’t want to register with my thunderbolt docking station. I ended up needing to plug it directly into the laptop, which is an ideal. Haven’t figured out if that’s the monitor operation or if I need to connect it in a different way. Overall, this is a great value for the money.Ver másVer menos

Customer Service Nightmare
My monitor has a yellow streak of about 2in wide top to bottom in the center of the screen after 10 months of casual use. Crua customer service changes their stated warranty when you contact for warranty reason. They state 1 year warranty for the product on their website and amazon. When you reach out to them for help, they say defective units are only under warranty for 1 month, nowhere is this stated by them pre-purchase. Their solution offered was a 50% refund, and that I have the monitor fixed myself, which is insane. Their offered repair shop is 2,800 miles across the country, and $50 shipping cost, almost the entirety of the refund, for a now refurbished product and likely weeks of waiting. I am currently still deliberating with Crua service, but they will offer almost no help. They have now offered a "new" product be sent once my defective one reaches their "repair shop" which is a 2024 registered company with no information available on it, sketchy. They still assume I want another of their products and dishonest warranty. I unfortunately have had to notify amazon customer service of these practices, and now warn any potential buyers of this. The product itself is not bad in terms of performance, just functionality and ease of use; but I have been generally happy using it. I currently have two of these monitors, the older (5 month diff) of which with issues. So now I warn any potential buyers of this dishonest warranty and to take note that they change their terms after you purchase and after 1 month passes. I will not change my review in the event of a favorable outcome, my rating of the product is correct. However, all prospective buyers must be aware of this Customer Service practice; even if they were to refund me fully, they will still give most claims the cheapest possible solution with additional cost to the buyer unless you fight back this is not how we do business.Ver másVer menos

3 dead pixels, but still a great deal.
4 stars only because it has 3 dead pixels on arrival. Which is odd because the monitor was wrapped well.I’m too lazy to send it out and return it, and the 2k resolution makes the dead pixels so small that I barely notice it anyway despite being in the center of the screen. I had to actually look for them to even notice.Otherwise, the refresh rate is high, the picture looks great (smooth yet detailed at the same time) and I’m very satisfied with the product. There are a lot of image settings and color ranges to choose from.If you’re not in the know, higher resolutions require stronger systems. You may sacrifice high frame rates if you’re not prepared. If you are streaming video, the video quality must match the monitor’s high resolution to enjoy the full potential of the monitor’s high resolution. Also keep in mind that many games play at fixed frame rates like 60 fps, despite what your monitor’s refresh rate is.Personally, I think 4k is pointless because it requires so much system power.2k is perfect for mid to high level gaming systems since it bridges the gap between quality and performance.I always wanted a monitor like this and I’m happy with the price. I would vote 5 stars if it weren’t for the 3 dead pixels.Ver másVer menos

They changed something UPDATED
UPDATE: CRUA Customer service reached out to me and has been great, still trying to fix the problem, but mine seems to be a fluke, the problem with my screen "dying," randomly started working again and now the only issue is my settings keep resetting everytime it is powered off, will update this if anything changesUPDATE 2: They offered to let me return my monitor for a full refund as long as I had the original packaging which I didn't, so instead they gave me an 80 percent refund and let me keep the monitor - great customer support, I wouldn't worry about buying from them, they have your back if anything is wrongI bought this monitor 3 different times, the first 2 times it was great, still works to this day, but as other reviews mention, they recently changed something about the software. The new menu is a slightly different design and now it resets any setting you changed from the default...everytime your display refreshes (full screen game, powering down your computer, putting it to sleep, turning it off, etc) so if you want the brightness significantly lower/higher, you will have to adjust that every time you use your computer - this wasn't a big deal, definitely annoying but oh well, and then it just died today, can't connect to my pc at allVer másVer menos
