Buries my previous printer. This is a great FDM workhorse.
I have had a few 3D printers, both resin and FDM. This printer, by far, was the easiest to set up and get going. It took less than half an hour. The print bed is immense, 260mm x 260 mm x 260 mm. It looks fantastic at the print station, and it has great stability and is reliable. I like that it auto-levels before every print. It is super consistent; all four prints today turned out great. The software is easy to use, and you can deliver prints from your computer via your local network, and the printer will start printing. It's incredibly fast and accurate. Light years beyond my previous printer, this is a great deal at this price and it will increase your productivity and workflow. I just love this machine.Ver másVer menos

A lot to like, very little to dislike
As much as I hate companies locking down their ecosystems and making things difficult for advanced consumers, this printer is fantastic and I would buy a bambu lab again. The setup was automated and easy, the software works well even on linux (shockingly), and prints have come out very good almost every time. I have even been designing my own models in blender and exporting them into bambu studio with no issues.The overall build quality is also PHENOMENAL. I am relatively sensitive to products feeling cheap and by no means does this feel low quality. The design is really slick and unobtrusive, while the glass side panel and top look classy. Not that that matters whatsoever, but it is still a plus.Most importantly, the prints have almost ALL (with the exception of one or two) come out perfectly. The few that didn't come out well were my fault. They didn't stick to the build plate due to me getting my greasy mitts all over the surface and forgetting to clean it off.All in all, absolutely incredible value even if bambu is up to some shady practices.Ver másVer menos

Great 3D Printer.
I came from using the Creality Ender 3. This Bambu Lab P1S printer is SIGNIFICANTLY better than the Ender. Its super fast, quiet and can easily print PLA or ABS with little to no effort. I've also tried TPU, but it struggles with that. This printer is easy to work on too. Ive had to unclog the hot end a couple times and it only takes about 5-10 minutes to remove that part to get it unclogged.Its nice having the option for self leveling and the machine will pause if it detects that you've run out of filament. Once you load in another spool, it keeps going from where it left off.NOTE: if you get one of these, close the top lid and front door if you're doing ABS.If you're doing PLA, open both doors to vent it. Failing to do this will clog it up.Ver másVer menos

Wish I would have bought this sooner!

Surprisingly easy to use.
We were surprised by this printer. My son wanted one for his 11th birthday and I wanted one too so he got lucky. I set it up in about 20 minutes but thought it would be weeks before I figured out how to print anything. My son had it printing after 5 minutes. I still haven’t figured out how to find the blueprints to make anything but my son makes stuff every day.It comes with one roll of green filament. As far as the quality, this feels like an industrial quality machine. It is about the size of a small mini fridge. You’ll want it by a window because it does exhaust a bit of plastic fumes, and my son loves how it “poops out” little turds of races plastic waste.Ver másVer menos
