I’ve used other types of L Arginine in the past and when I ran out of my current supply I opted to give this a try. I feel after 30 days it works as wel if not better than my other supplement. I have one drawback though to be honest is that when I pack them in my weekly pill box it seems they have a tendency to self destruct. At times I will find they had disintegrated when I open the days dose. This is not the case in the original bottle but only when I transfer it to my ziplock or pull box. Other than that the quality is greatVer másVer menos
