High quality Laptop
While I have not really put this computer to the test, it appears to be very high quality and handles every simple PC game that I've thrown at it. Most of my games do not take a lot of processing power and this laptop is likely much more than I'll ever need, I wanted excess power in reserve and this appears to be a strong resource. The video card is the same one that my grandson has in his high priced VR set up that he custom built so I feel good about that.Ver másVer menos

Prefect for me.
I gave it 4 stars for the battery because it really doesn't last long. However considering its performance that's hardly a bad thing. Amazing computer. I don't play a lot of really intensive games, but this handled everything I threw at it.

Terrible product and service
Right after I opened box, i found out that my new computer cannot be turned on at all. I tired to talk with Dell customer service, they cannot fix the issue by trouble shooting. So I waited three days for them to send a technician to my house to replace the motherboard.Ok, after that it could turn on, however I figure out my Windows 10 could not be able to activated because there is no product key in the new motherboard they installed.Lets back to Dell CS#, they said they cannot just give me the key but leave three options for me.1: I spend $140 out of my pocket to buy a product key from Microsoft, (which is suppose to come with the computer)2: I send this computer to Dell to change another motherboard and wait for two weeks to ship back. (In this case I spend nearly $2000 for a computer which get motherboard changed twice during the first week of its life)3: return it to Amazon, my refund going to be proceed two weeks after they receive the computer.This is the hard time for everyone, I spend $1950 to give me some fun during the days I cannot have fun outside.its been a week and look at what I have so farVer másVer menos

Freezes unresponsive
For gaming it was great but watching videos online it would randomly freeze and become unresponsive only a hard shut down would fix it. Until it did it again and again and again but works flawlessly for gaming
