  No more artificial food dyes!

We've been getting this flavor for months now. My original review was 4 stars because of the artificial food dye - but they removed it! My last subscribe and save came in with no artificial food dyes in it! Thanks for listening to your customers!Tastes great, kids like it, healthy source for electrolytes.Ver másVer menos

Great Recovery, Clean Ingredients, Excellent Value!

As someone who takes health and fitness seriously as a hobby, I’ve tried a lot of BCAA supplements over the years-and this one has earned a permanent spot in my routine. The 7g of BCAAs plus 2.5g of L-Glutamine per serving is exactly what I need for post-workout recovery. I’ve noticed less soreness and quicker muscle repair after weight training and HIIT sessions. It’s sugar-free, which is a huge plus, and mixes easily with water-no clumping, no gritty texture. The taste is surprisingly good for a product with no sugar, and it doesn’t leave that artificial aftertaste that some other powders do. I also appreciate that it’s suitable for both men and women, and that they keep the ingredient list clean and focused. With 90 servings, it’s a fantastic value-especially compared to other brands that offer half the quantity for a higher price. Whether you’re hitting the gym a few times a week or training hard every day, this is a solid, reliable BCAA formula that delivers on what it promises.Ver másVer menos

  Go-to Intra-workout Supplement

This is my go-to intra-workout supplement. I use it during both weight training and cardio sessions, and even a couple scoops the morning after a night of partying a little too hard. The grape flavor is amazing, though it mixes as more of a grey-purple color. Even on days that I've had multiple two-scoop servings I haven't noticed any intestinal issues (which is something a lot of workout supplements cause for me) so I can vouch for the fact that its easy on the stomach. I've gone through several tubs of this stuff and plan on continuing its use for the foreseeable future. The only thing I will say that's negative is that I've stay away from the "Orange Dream" flavor (it tasted too much like salted oranges; not good). All of the other flavors appear to be on-point.Ver másVer menos

  So good

It was a good product, it kept me energized and tasted good, but it was too sweet. After a while, the powder stuck to me and it became like it was out of date, even though it hadn't expired yet.

Good flavors and clean ingredients that get me through my workouts

I’ve always taken BCAA’s to support my workouts, both before and during. I think they’re great to keep me hydrated throughout and keep me going through longer workouts when I haven’t eaten much before. XTEND has the best ingredients and flavors, and I love that I can buy it in bulk like this to save on some of the cost.Ver másVer menos

  Best overall BCAA w/ Glutamine

The biggest attribute to call out for this is the L-Glutamine that is in this drink. It is very rare to find a BCAA drink that has this so I hope this stays around till I stop working out and chugging water. Good taste and surprisingly doesn’t leave a weird “no sugar” after taste which is a plus.Ver másVer menos
