  No side effects and taste is GREAT

  I am 64 years old and active with daily exercise. I started using this product on Monday and immediately noticed a difference in stamina. I purchased Watermelon and Grape and the watermelon is very delicious and not super strong. I don't get jitters or heart palpitations, which is important to me. The grape is super strong and not tasty to me (and I normally love grape products just not this one. I'd definitely recommend. I have allergies to Niacin and I have PSVT which means my heart likes to beat super fast randomly and this product doesn't have Niacin or cause rapid heart rate. I'm very grateful for this product. It also definitely controls my appetite. No side effects at all.Ver másVer menos

  Stay consistent and become stronger with this

  I really like everything about this stuff. I’m getting most of my amino acids from Whole Foods, but this fills some gaps. I’m not always around to eat a full meal and especially after training extra hard I need something like this. Tastes great and makes me feel even better.Ver másVer menos

  Great must have if you workout

  I use this stuff faithfully with creatine after my workout on workout days and mid day on non workout days (normally after a walk). I have not been sore AT ALL taking this stuff. Sometimes I don’t stretch. I am not in the best shape. When I started using this I was 240 lbs (I’m 5’4.5”) I am now 195 lbs. I don’t swear by a lot of supplements but this to me is a must have. One of the things that contribute to people quitting their fitness journey is how much pain they find themselves in during recovery. Which is the worst at the start. You wake up feeling like you got hit by a train.Best way to take this is right after your workout. Though you can also sip it during your workout. However, it is important to also stretch. If you have time, stretch before and after the workout. If not, at least before. This stuff will work, but it isn’t magic. So, use it correctly and you will find it is very effective. I never feel jitters. It taste great to me. I think it is a great value for the price. I don’t taste anything too chalky, so I think that is good as far as texture. The ingredients seem to be natural and they are transparent on the label about them. I still feel like I have so much energy for the rest of the day but I don’t know if it has anything to do with this drink or not lol.Ver másVer menos

  Sweet watermelon taste

  I’ve been using this for over 2 years after my trainer suggested it, and it’s become part of my regular workout routine. I train around 3–4 times a week so I’ve gone through a lot of supplements over the years.The watermelon flavor is my favorite. It’s refreshing without being overpowering, and it doesn’t have that chalky or powdery texture that ruins a lot of drink mixes. The consistency is smooth and light, more like a sports drink, but the flavor is way cleaner. I’ve tried a few of the other flavors too. Watermelon is the one I keep reordering.Ver másVer menos

  I found my perfect workout buddy

  I tried all the highly touted pre-workout drinks, the supplement chain-store hyped super blends, and creatine. Sipping on this drink throughout my workout is the first time I can honestly say I feel a difference. The previous pre-workout drinks would get me amped, I'd go in, hit some sets hard and eventually crash mid-workout feeling drained and weak. Creatine alone doesn't play well with my insides, and yes, I've tried every type/brand you can imagine. The thing I like most about this intra-workout drink is that there is no immediate rush nor subsequent crash, just a nice steady supply of energy and endurance. It also plays very nicely with my body and causes no adverse reactions or effects. The taste is okay, not great but not bad either. This drink is absolutely best when used as directed, which is during the workout. I'll admit, at first I didn't want the hassle of lugging a blender cup around the gym, looking like the "I lift things up and put them down" dude. I first tried drinking it before heading to the gym. When that didn't do much, I switched to drinking it immediately after workouts. Not surprisingly, that didn't do much either, likely because I also drank a protein shake within 30 minutes. I finally overcame my inhibitions and decided to use it intra-workout. I'm glad I did. My workouts have improved tremendously. I go in steady and sustained instead of hitting everything hard at first due to caffeine rush and eventually running out of gas. I keep gradually adding weight and notice I don't get tired or experience that stimulant crash, so I keep adding. I doubt it's a placebo effect because I've taken pre-workouts that made it seem as if I'd be bench-pressing Buicks by the end of my workout. If those products couldn't induce a placebo effect, nothing can. I always thought of BCAAs as being more for recovery, which is why I didn't initially take this during workouts (despite the instructions). I went in with low expectations as far as improved strength and endurance during the workout. I was just expecting to feel a little less sore and accelerate recovery. Well, much to my surprise, I actually feel much stronger and more energetic than I ever felt using any of the typical 400+MG of caffeine plus whatever mystery meat "proprietary blend" pre-workout garbage.

  14 Year User - Your guideline to flavors!

  I've been using Xtend since 2004 and have tried many flavors, and I'm guessing even if you've used the product you're wanting to know which one to order. I'll give you a quick guide as I swear by this product and genuinely want Scivation to do well.God Tier - Watermelon, Tropic ThunderWatermelon was the first flavor I've tried and it's simply the best. After I try a flavor I inevitably end up back with Watermelon. It's refreshing and tastes great. I've ordered it maybe 20+ times.Tropic Thunder tastes like a Pina Colada, and is probably my new favorite flavor. I regularly order as much as I can as the taste rarely ever gets old.Best of the Rest Tier - Blue Raspberry, Pink Lemonade, Miami Ice, Mango MadnessBoth flavors might be a bit tart at first but it doesn't take long to fall in love with either option. I've ordered Blue Raspberry the second most, and although it's a newer flavor it's easily my second favorite.Miami Ice's flavor is difficult to explain. It's sort of like a unique daiquiri where the bartender uses the best fruits and mixes. It is definitely one of the sweetest flavors out there, but in a good way, not overly sugary.Mango is probably my 3rd favorite flavor and I'm drinking right now as I write this review. Like Miami Ice it's sweet, but almost perfectly so. If you like the taste of mango fruit you're going to like Mango Madness.Good But Not Great Tier - Blood Orange, Lemon Lime, Strawberry Kiwi, Green Apple, Grape, Fruit Punch, OrangeAll of these options are as advertised. They're fun selections to try, but honestly I've only ordered each one once. If I have to give the nod to the best it's probably Fruit Punch. I would recommend ordering the 30 serving for each to see which one if your favoriteNever Again Tier - Freedom IceI was so excited to try this, rocket pops are delicious so naturally Freedom Ice would be too.
