I strongly suspect this is a 'refurb" product, where they just added a new case.
The phone seemed to work fine for the first 2 or 3 weeks, then all kinds of really weird things started happening. And it is getting worse daily. While talking on the phone, it will suddenly start flipping to all kinds of pages, and usually will drop the call. Many times it will give an error msg, saying the SIM card has been removed, and I need to restart it; that will happen up to 4 times a day sometimes, and many times the phone will be off for 2 or 3 hrs, till I try to use it, and discover it had turned itself off. Other strange things happening also. I just ordered another phone -- this phone is a disaster.Ver másVer menos

A serious undisclosed issue
Have had the phone now for about two weeks. It is new. The phone I received was suppose to be with Verizon service, so it has a lot of Verizon app features. The phone is unlocked but there is one glitch I did not see anyone describe. When activated with AT&T prepaid plans (have read similar issues with prepaid T-Mobile plans), the phone works except that with 4G speeds, you will not be able to send text messages. You will receive them, you will have no problem with making or receiving calls, and your Internet will work fine. But, you will not be able to send messages when the phone is at 4G. You will be able to send messages with AT&T only when the phone is at H or H+ speeds. Some people say that you should root your phone and change the message center number. But, this may fix the problem only at 4G speeds. It will probably now bring the problem to when you are at H or H+ speeds. I am thinking to try the Verizon prepaid plans.Ver másVer menos

Great Phone!
Got the phone right on time for Christmas. I gave it to my dad and he loves it. It has given no trouble till now. The only extra thing we had to do to operate this phone was to resize the SIM card into a micro SIM as the SIM slot is a little smaller.
