You can not get any better at this time
Its a lovely phone, phablet whatever you want to call it. It could be premium build for its coast but there may be reason for that. Compare to the competition, it let them behind. the new release iPhone 5s don't even shake me. Small screen, the same design from last year. to be honest i don't see why people make them self a fool by getting crazy for it. The new Lg is a good phone but where is the battery removal, same for HT C one, with a 4.7 screen. THE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 3 is not perfect like any else but it balance size software and usability, that make it a hot cake phone for whom who really want some thing you can use for almost everything on the go.This phone has a outstanding battery life. I got the since Saturday, Oct 5 I charged just one as I am typing this Tuesday, October 8. it still 35%. I did lot on it.Ver másVer menos

GREAT Phone - had to visit T-Mobile store to access data over cellular network. Works well.
Beautiful phone! My wife loves it - it works well, very fast processor, and a great screen with vivid color. One issue we had: though the phone was unlocked - it worked fine on T-Mobile over WiFi (both Phone and Data), but when WiFi was not available, the Phone would work, but Data would not work. We had to visit a T-Mobile store to get the phone to link to the T-Mobile Data network over the cellular network. No big deal, but it was a small hassle.Ver másVer menos

Great Phone BUT!!! ALSO CUSTOMER SERVICE WASNT GREAT. Or it would of gotten 5 stars.
I love this phone. I'm dissapointed that I was guaranteed delivery and it was a day late and all I got was excuses and my shipping back. I missed a day of work waiting which is far more than 16 dollars.The phone itself is great. Big bright display, the s pen I don't use very much but when I do need it, it really comes in handy. And the 3.0 USB charger makes such a big difference. The phones build is TOUGH. I haven't gotten a case. Just a skin. And I've dropped this phone. I had a tempered glass too which saved my screen. But the screen protector itself shattered. The plastic on the side just to let you know is EXTREMELY SOFT!!! if you drop it on its side it will make very ugly nics.I'm having issues with lag though. But I'm used to my 6 plus so I guess I can't complain. The Camera isn't OIS which almost made me go back to my 6 plus because I love taking pictures. The speaker on the bottom is terrible and even with headphones or aux cord it's not good. Basically I would say save for the note 4 if possible. Also the battery life, if you're a heavy user and I mean heavy, I get about 5 hrs OST if I'm lucky. Buy a spare!!!! And you don't get headphones, so buy a pair with it.But don't get me wrong, I love this device. Watching movies or streaming is awesome. And I get a wifi connection quite a bit faster than my 6 plus. This phone even being old made me switch to android. And I'm having a blast. But I am upgrading to the note 4 as soon as possible.Just beware my customer service was not as I wished. Amazon tried but didn't really give me what they should of considering it said guarantee. And the company that sent it, basically told me it was amazons responsibility. And I asked the sender where to get a warranty and they told me they couldn't help me, to check with samsung. But customer service everywhere is bad now huh?Do I recommend this phone? Yes. If you can't afford the note 4, then yes get this phone. For a 2 year old flagship it still runs great and I got the att version and I am on Lolli pop already. The multitasking is fantastic and if you're not worried about the camera then this phone is a GREAT phone. Hope this helps.P.S. make sure to buy a Samsung SD card with higher speeds. If not it WILL heat your CPU and make the phone slower. I got the 64 gb SanDisk and I thought it was my battery and come to find out it was my SD card. Anyways if you get this phone ENJOY!!!!

1 year later my wife doesn't think in upgrade to a new gen
After a year, my wife love it and just don't want to update, she used the note first gen for 2 years and was very happy, but unfortunely after the android updates it became slower, so this is a att and as unlocked we are using on Mexico's companies so is on android kk 4.2 so still working smoother and never will update (as we are out of att can'T be forced to update), camera is great, and when you record a video on a louder concert, you'l get a really clear sound and high quality (not as lg g4 that still is a crap),Ver másVer menos

could be better
Well first off I was sent the wrong phone which put me in a tight.. Once I finally received the correct phone it seemed to work like a dream . It had pretty much all the memory to be refurbished which was great. Then I noticed that the battery was no good.. it could barely last over an hour with average use so now I'm going to have to buy a battery. Then (of course I haven't dropped it) the screen is not in its frame.. it's popping up and so I'm going to have to pay for someone to put it in correctly .. this is very hectic and annoying.Ver másVer menos
