Works! Receive calls. Does what is promised!

Full disclosure this is my first Apple Watch so far I’m pretty happy with it. It’s not as intelligent as my phone but what can you expect with a tiny beast on your wrist? I have the GPS with cellular my Xfinity charges $10 a month for the additional line. It came with absolutely no instructions for how to set the watch up so first things first : charge to 100%. It will tell you 50% is adequate but I promise you you need 100% to set the Watch , download the Apple Watch app & update your phone to iOS 27 and then keep scrolling and looking for additional updates because I was already updated to 27 but I had to update to two additional 27 point somethings and when that finished, I still couldn’t set up my watch because yet another update came necessary. And a few hours later I get a message that says my watch has an additional update so be patient you’ll get it done.Google is helpful when it comes to what to do and when what to expect so rely on them to help you set your watch up…it took a while. I will say I was a little annoyed or perhaps just a little impatient, but eventually was very successful when completed…it took a while. I took it on a test this morning for the first time left my phone at home took a bike ride and sure enough I got a phone call on my watch was able to talk, etc. I would suggest going to your local retailer that has them on display and taking a good hard look at the different sizes of watches. You may find that you would like one with a little bit bigger font to read. I happily purchased mine on Amazon because they had the color and style that I wanted. Small downside is the battery lasts one day so by the end of the day, I’m down to about 40%. It charges pretty fast. You have to do updates on it just like you do your phone so far so good Apple. ! FYI Note of interest when you order from Amazon it’ll take you a day or two for it to come as expected, but make sure you order it when it will arrive on a day when you will be available to receive it then the morning it’s is scheduled to be delivered, you will receive an email from Amazon with a numeric password that you will have to give to the driver.Ver más
