Great Portable Laptop screens! One piece and very affordable!
These portable monitors are great! They fit from a 14 to 16" laptop and are quite sturdy. They have 300nit brightness with adjustability for brightness and contrast. You can make both monitors work as long as you have one free HDMI or USB C port and WiFi on the laptop. It can use wireless screen mirroring for the 2nd screen if you only have one USB C or and HDMI and no USB C that carries video such as I do. Also it needs a power supply which is included but can also be operated with a USB C power Bank which really increases the portability for a mobile professional. The screens are 1080P IPS screens and very nice. They fold up nicely and come with a slip case to protect them. I have dealt with many portable screens and these operate and function just like much much more expensive models. The mount to the laptop is stirdy and it's all one piece with with screens which is nice and clamps onto the laptop without to much force as to damage the laptop in any way. If you are like me and want to use your laptop, but you require multiple screens in a location where you might not necessarily be able to bring monitors and portability is a major factor. these are definitely a viable option. I wouldn't be playing games with them or anything but they will get the job done for work for sure! For the price of these the value is off the charts and the quality is definitely B+ to A- grade for sure! You can pay over double for similar options and I have tested those they are not much better than these if any. Highly recommend this item for anyone that needs 3 screens in a very portable situation! I'll update if there is any longevity issues.Ver másVer menos

Useful, but make sure the wireless side works for your setup
This screen extender is usable, but the setup was more frustrating than it should have been. The biggest issue is that the right monitor appears to be Wi-Fi only, and the instructions do not make that clear enough. Because my work laptop has restrictions, I was not able to use that screen with it, which was disappointing. The listing also has very little detail about this. The closest indication I could find is that the right monitor has the word “WiFi” on it.That said, the right monitor did work with Samsung DeX on my Fold 7, both wired and wirelessly, so it can be useful depending on your setup. I’m sure a laptop with fewer restrictions would likely work fine with the wireless-only side, but because of my limitations, I can’t really speak to the latency.There are some positives. The screens got brighter than I expected and looked decent. The control buttons were also less confusing than some other portable monitors I’ve used. It mounted securely to my laptop screen, and it was light enough that my laptop screen could almost hold it up even without using the stand. Don't buy this expecting it to work while on your lap sitting in a bed or something, you'll need a table or something for the kickstand to work.Build quality is just okay, but in my opinion, it leans toward the cheaper side. The bezels feel thick, and when folded up, it is also pretty bulky for something meant to be portable. I did not measure it exactly, but it feels like it is probably around 1.25 to 1.5 inches thick when folded. It was nice that it came with the required cables, though. It does included the standard size HDMI to mini HDMI.Overall, it works in some situations and has some useful features, but the unclear setup around the Wi-Fi-only side makes it harder to recommend unless you are sure that your device will support that setup. If you're limited by laptop ports and it supports casting, this will work for you. Given the price point, I feel like you could get the same quality for cheaper so part of me leans towards 3 stars. Having said that, the wireless only monitor is probably a good choice if your laptop is short on USB-C/HDMI ports which is the main reason I'm very reluctantly bumping it up to 4 stars.Ver másVer menos

Great for multiple displays
Ordered these screens because I live on my work computer. I am an IT director and I live on my laptop when I am not in the office. At the office I have three screens on my desktop to manage and track all of my taskings. When I need to go remote or I am at home I was running a single monitor on my laptop. Until I got this set of two screens that mount directly to my laptop screen. These screens add some weight to the laptop but for the functionality of having multiple screens I will take it. These monitors installed easily and seem to be compatible with my laptop and thunderbolt 4 port with display output. These monitors have a very nice resolution and everything appears crisp and easy to read.Overall, these are very nice and simi-rugged monitors to attach to your laptop.Ver másVer menos

Dual monitor extension, for 3x laptop monitors
The good is that the monitor has 3 inputs into it, the bad is that they all seem to be exclusively wired to the left monitor.My laptop supports multiple video streams out of 1 cable however it does not seem to work with this monitor. The hdmi input on the right side monitor appears to be non existent and wired to the wireless display adapter, so the only display from the right side was with wireless casting/miracast & airplay mirroring.I tried another laptop as well however the usb port was not happy with it at all, while that laptop also supports usb video output, the monitor had to be connected to an external power source before it would work, I was still only able to get 1 video output from either the hdmi input, or usb-c input and couldn’t get either to switch over to the right side monitor, the wireless casting would not connect on this laptop.If these monitors are able to support 2 direct cable connections, I wasn’t able to get it to work with my hardware.The monitors are about the same brightness as my laptop was, but they do have an hdr mode that can be turned on and makes them brighter, but the color shifts similar to other hdr monitors. The video display is ok for a 1920x1080 monitor, but the second monitor will have input lag if it only supports wireless mirroring.The stand for the monitor adds a lot of weight to the laptop screen hinge so you will have to use the kickstand to support the monitors. The monitor did extend enough for my 15” laptop monitor but just barely.Ver másVer menos

Game Changer for Working on the Road
This laptop screen extender has been awesome! I needed something that would make it easier to do real work while traveling without having to drag around full-size monitors and this has been a total game changer.The 14" FHD 1080P IPS screen has really nice, clear pictures. The resolution is sharp enough for regular work tasks like email, spreadsheets, research, documents and having multiple windows open at once. It makes a laptop setup feel much closer to a real desk setup, which is exactly what I wanted.Setup was easy, and I like that it attaches to the laptop without feeling overly complicated. It is much more convenient than trying to balance a separate portable monitor on a table. I also really appreciate the carrying case because it makes it easier to pack and protect when traveling.For anyone who works from hotels, coffee shops, RVs, or just needs a better mobile workstation, this is extremely helpful. It gives you the extra screen space without needing a bulky setup.Pros-Easy to add to a laptop-Great resolution and clear screen-Makes travel work much easier-More practical than carrying full-size monitors-Carrying case is a big plus-Great for multitaskingCons-Adds a little bulk to the laptop bag-Best for people who truly use extra screen space oftenConclusionI really like this laptop screen extender. More screens, more cables?
I ordered this with high hopes and expectations, but I was a bit disappointed. To be fair, the description is clear with the limitations of the product, it's not going to make your equipment more capable than it already is. However, I was disappointed to discover I needed to use all 3 cables, type c to laptop, type c to power adapter, and mini HDMI to HDMI, to get the full dual screen functionality to work. I did get it working successfully on my HP windows machine, but I could not get more than one screen to appear using my 2017 MacBook pro. It may be possible but I wasn't able to figure it out. It's relatively easy to setup and use, but the screens aren't the highest quality, all my laptop screens had better color and resolution. They are quite bright and having extra screens is always useful for productivity, but I don't think i would choose this for a mobile workstation. It would have to be more of a dock plug n play static system to deal with all the wires. Overall a good product, just be aware of how it truly works.Ver másVer menos
