This laptop fits our needs. My wife has a advanced embroidery software and I have a Cricut vinyl cutting machine. That's basically it.What's missing is a ethernet port and SD card reader which is not a issue for us. We're happy with our purchase

The laptop crashes and cycles power for no reason. I can't get it to stop with Microsoft updates or any other means.

I returned this laptop due in large part to the deplorable customer service provided by hp even with extra support was purchased. I gave one star in order to distinguish my response from those who did not reply.

The laptop is fine, but hp support is a nightmare. It does NOTHING to support new users. When asked to give feedback on hp support, I give it 1star. The laptop is a good investment in a moderately priced laptop.
