Good grape-candy flavor, but not the smoothest mix
I enjoyed the grape-candy flavor - it reminds me of grape candy, which I see as a plus, though taste is subjective. For anyone particular about sweeteners, this uses both stevia and sucralose, with sucralose listed first in the ingredients. I’m not treating that as a positive or negative, just something worth noting.I saw other reviews saying it mixes great, so I expected a smoother result. With one scoop and 6–7 oz of water, I still saw particles swirling around after using a metal spoon (photos attached). I also tried a coffee frother, but that made it worse—probably more on me than the product. With spoon, i could still feel some grainy ness. (With the frother, the flavor felt stronger - but there was literal sludge of powder at the bottom of my glass). I’m new to creatine, though, so maybe this is normal or still better than most options.I’m trying it for potential brain-support benefits, but it’s too early for me to be able to gauge there results/efficacy. Also trying to sleep more.Ver másVer menos

MuscleTech Creatine Monohydrate Grape Freeze
I have used creatine regularly before, and this is a much more enjoyable option than plain unflavored creatine. The Grape Freeze flavor tastes good, mixes easily, and makes it easier for me to stay consistent with a daily serving. The ingredient I care about most here is the 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, which is the standard amount I look for in a creatine supplement. I have used it as part of my regular workout routine and it performs as expected for me.I have not noticed any unusual side effects from this product. As with most creatine products, I make sure to stay well hydrated while using it.In terms of value, it is not the cheapest way to buy creatine compared with a basic unflavored powder, but I think the better taste and convenience make the extra cost worthwhile.Overall, this is a solid creatine product from a company I have had good experiences with, and I would choose this over plain creatine when I want something that tastes better and is easier to take consistently.Ver másVer menos

Tastes Great and Mixes Well
I really like the grape flavor of this creatine. It makes taking it every day much more enjoyable than an unflavored powder, and it mixes easily without leaving a lot of grit at the bottom. The 5g serving also makes it simple to add to my regular workout routine. Very grapey so just keep that in mind!Ver másVer menos

Is this MuscleTech 100% Creatine Monohydrate any good?
PROSProven Strength and Power Gains: Delivers 5 grams of pure creatine monohydrate per serving to help rapidly replenish ATP stores, supporting peak strength output, explosive power, and lean muscle volume during high-intensity training.Refreshing Flavored Option: The Grape Freeze flavor offers a tasty alternative for those who dislike unflavored powders or mixing creatine into other beverages, making daily consistency easier.Microfiltered for Easy Mixing: Formulated for smooth solubility in cold water, minimizing the chalky residue or settling often seen with standard creatine powders.Solid 60-Serving Value: Provides a full two-month supply at one scoop per day, ensuring reliable daily saturation without needing frequent repurchases.CONSFlavor Limited Versatility: Unlike unflavored creatine, a grape flavor cannot be easily mixed into protein shakes, pre-workouts, or pre-flavored drinks without clashing.Water Retention and Initial Weight Gain: Creatine draws extra fluid directly into muscle tissue, which can cause a small, harmless increase in body weight or temporary water retention during early use.VERDICT: MuscleTech Platinum 100% Creatine Monohydrate in Grape Freeze delivers a reliable, high-quality dose of the most heavily researched performance supplement available. While its flavor profile limits how you can mix it, its excellent solubility, great taste, and proven muscle-building benefits make it an outstanding choice for anyone seeking simple, effective strength and power support.Ver másVer menos
