Don’t buy!
Laptop arrived with the box taped up, like it was a returned item and not brand new as described. Laptop was excessively slow, and couldn’t complete the update after waiting hours for it to finish.I returned the laptop but since this item isn’t shipped and sold by Amazon, the seller had a shady return policy where they charged me a $95 restocking fee. Seller Snow Bell is lying saying the item was damaged during shipping the item back, but the laptop was shipped back exactly as it was when it arrived. I had to go to Amazon customer service to get the fee refunded to me.Save yourself the trouble and only buy expensive items like this from a reputable company and not a random seller on Amazon.Ver másVer menos

Good college laptop!
Color of laptop is just as pictured, pretty easy set up. Overall the looks of the laptop, and the screen quality is great. Great to use for school or for personal use. Highly recommend.

Unbeatable value
This is good value laptop for what you pay. Good performance which is enough for the type of tasks and browsing I'm doing, like online school. It's not too heavy, but doesn't feel cheap. Screen size is plenty for my tasks. What took away a star though is the warranty. I bought this in November 2024 and it should have a 1 year warranty. I went to the HP site and the warranty is expired, it apparently started on January 31st , which seems very odd to me. Anyone buying this today could very well be buying an out of warranty laptop. Still, HP publishes excellent service manuals.Ver másVer menos
