Has lowered the negative effects of drinking milk for me
No it has been bothering me more and more the older I get, I still drink a lot of it and eat a lot of ice cream though.I got this enzyme supplement to try out so that I could reduce some of the bloated feeling and gas attacks.I've used it a few times and it does seem to work.As far as taking this, it's a tiny pill and I just swallow it I don't chew it up. I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't think that it would taste all that good to chew it up.It's relatively inexpensive, taking one a day it's almost 2/3 of a year supply. So I would say it's a good value.Overall I think this works well enough to keep using it, it doesn't seem quite as fast as using an over-the-counter gas relief pill..But I feel more comfortable with an enzyme than I do with more of a chemical drug.Ver másVer menos

Worked great!
I’ve only used this once since I don’t typically eat or drink dairy product. This worked perfectly after eating chips and onion sour cream dip! While it might not seem like a big deal, just a small amount will give me gas…quite embarrassing at work. Even the Lactose brand will give me gassiness. I took 1 pill after eating half a sandwich with the chips and dip and it still worked. Instructions suggest takjng it with your first bite. I highly recommend trying this brand.The pills are small so I aas excited with that. It doesn’t feel coated but it went down fine because of the size. No stomach side affects felt.Ver másVer menos

The pills are small. You can swallow them or chew them. It helps break down lactose. I get one when I'm eating pizza or too much cheese, and it helps. I think it works similarly to the Lactaid pills I'm used to taking, but these are smaller; a plus for me, less chewing.They are tasteless, so if you chew them is like chewing chalk, but being so small, it's not a big deal. I prefer it to the sweetness of the Lactaid pills I used to take; it doesn't interfere with salty foods, like pizza.It brings 240 pills and I just need one occasionally when eating food with lactose, so these will last a long time.
