Must have for every small business owner!
All business owner out there, this is your best printer ever! I’m very happy with this printer. It was easy to set up, and the Bluetooth connection worked without any problems. The print quality is clear and sharp, making my shipping labels easy to scan.The built-in scale is very helpful because I can weigh my packages and print labels in one place. It saves time and keeps my workspace organized. The label holder also makes loading labels quick and simple.I loved how it’s bery compact and lightweight. You can basically bring it anywhere. The design was very nice and modern.Overall, this is a great all-in-one shipping label printer. It works well, is easy to use, and is perfect for anyone who ships packages regularly. The little printer that could!
Love that this is compatible with Canva so I can print more than just shipping labels. It spits them out so fast! And really clear images. Love ❤️ it!

A bit of a frustrating start, but a very good label printer that streamlines shipping
My girlfriend makes little trinkets and sells them on Etsy and I help pack and ship orders on the weekends when I have the free time to help with the weekend spikes. We've been using a normal label printer and a kitchen scale, which works, but the printer has been giving us issues and the kitchen scale is pretty slow, so I wanted to try this to help streamline the process a bit more which this really does once you get it setup and running. It's so much faster to put a package on it, instantly get an accurate weight and then print the label.This is where the problem is. In order to be able to use the automatic package weight entry feature for this label printer you HAVE to use their service. You cannot use it for PirateShip or USPS directly, only their service, which is a no-go for us. We are pretty locked into PirateShip and it doesn't make sense to use some unknown third party shipping service.Another annoyance is drivers. It is not in any way intuitive as to where to find drivers. There was no link included in the paperwork and none of the QR codes took us to a driver page, just the shipping service. I had to manually search up the brand, enter the printer and try and find drivers that way. Once I actually found the drivers for my version of Windows they would not download in any Chromium browser and after a bunch of troubleshooting I eventually go it to work on Edge.Not off to a great start, but once I got the drivers installed and the printer up and running this is when it really started to become a good experience. While no, you cannot integrate the scale directly into any other printing service, having the scale baked into the printer and being able to grab the weight, order the label, print it out and then slap it on the box all with one compact machine is a much better and more efficient experience. This label printer also prints much faster than our old one and has given us zero problems.This only ships with a small starter roll of labels, so you will want to grab a roll. This machine will take flat stacked labels as well, but I really recommend just getting a roll so you don't have to have a box of labels behind your printer as it's not an efficient use of space. It would have been nice to just have a full roll out of the box, but we already have a bunch on hand so it is what it is and wasn't an issue.I really like this printer and it's been a net positive overall, but be warned that if you want to just click a button to automatically enter the weight and order a label you have to use their service, not whatever you were using before. I just use it as a nice scale/printer combo unit and for that it works very well and is pleasant to use. It's instant weight and instant prints every time. That alone and the time savings that comes with it is worth it.Ver másVer menos

Outstanding printer but wait for a sale
I’ve used several thermal label printers over the years (including Munbyn pretty extensively), and overall the Phomemo D422S Label Printer & Scale combo is a solid, well-built unit.First, the build quality feels sturdy and well thought out. The built-in scale is accurate and convenient, especially if you’re shipping regularly and want everything in one place. It saves space on the desk and streamlines the workflow. I also like that the labels auto-align themselves when you turn the printer on — small feature, but it makes setup quick and frustration-free.The printer itself is fast and surprisingly quiet. Print quality is sharp and clear, and it works smoothly with major carriers like UPS and USPS. One nice bonus is that you can access discounted shipping rates through the app’s mailing feature, which could save money if you ship frequently.The app is relatively easy to use and feels more organized than Munbyn’s software, in my opinion. Navigation is straightforward, and creating labels is simple once you’re familiar with it.That said, I personally wouldn’t pay full asking price — especially because the app includes subscription-based features. While the printer works well, I think the value makes more sense at a discount, particularly if you don’t want to commit to another subscription service.Overall, this is a fast, accurate, and well-designed all-in-one shipping solution. No linux drivers to print from computer. Short cords
I like that this printer as the label printer and the ability to weigh your packages all in one. That’s a great feature. I’ve used a separate scale for years so to be able to get rid of that was really good. However the cons to this scale are 1. I email them and found out they do not have a linux driver so I can’t print from my computer. I have all linux machines and in order to print from this printer, I have to send the file to my phone and use their app to print. That is extremely tedious and annoying. 2. The cords for this printer are way too short! They barely fit from plugging into my wall and putting on my desk, I can only put them in 1 location. Cords should be much longer like normal standard cords. If you have a linux machine, I do not recommend this printer as the printing capacity is limited through their app and is not convenient.Ver másVer menos
