Practical and convenient for travel and office.
This portable thermal printer has surprised me because of how easy it is to use. The Bluetooth connection with the phone was fast and I was able to print documents in a few minutes without having to install complicated equipment. The fact that it does not use ink is a great advantage, since it avoids additional expenses and makes it more comfortable to take on a trip. The compact size and the included case help a lot to carry it in a backpack or bag. I have found it useful for printing forms, notes and work documents when I am away from home. The print quality is quite good for a thermal printer and the 8.5 x 11 inch paper is very practical. As a negative point, the prints do not have the same sharpness as a laser or inkjet printer, especially in detailed images or graphics. In addition, thermal paper can be a little more expensive than regular paper. In general, it is an excellent choice for students, people who travel frequently or those who need a portable and fast solution to print documents without relying on ink cartridges.Ver másVer menos

The software that is needed to work the printer is completely unreliable.
The printer, when the software works, works well. But each time that I have tried to use it, it takes at least 45 minutes for everything to work. Today the printer software just keeps going to "paused." I have restarted my computer 3 times already, uninstalled and reinstalled the software 5 times, and disconnected and reconnected the printer another 5 times, and still the printer just keeps going to "paused." The printer is worthless if it does not do the only thing that it is supposed to do, which is to print. So if you have an hour to kill every time you need to use the printer, this is a product you should get. Just make sure that you take your blood pressure medication before attempting to use it.Ver másVer menos
