I absolutely love this vibration plate! It was easy to set up and start using right away. One of my favorite features is that it recommends 15-minute workout sessions and has a built-in countdown timer, so I don’t have to keep checking the time while I exercise.I also like that it offers three different vibration modes along with plenty of speed levels, making it easy to customize each workout based on how I’m feeling that day. The machine feels sturdy, doesn’t take up much space, and is perfect for home use.The Bluetooth speaker is a nice bonus, and I enjoy listening to music while I work out. Overall, this has been a great addition to my daily routine. This is the one you want. Great machine!
Great product at an affordable price. More powerful than other vibration plates I have tried. The lights are a nice feature to keep your foot placement. Pretty quiet. I could tell a difference the first night I used it before bed. Would highly recommend!

Love this vibration plate!
I was looking to replace my old vibration plate of 2 years and stumbled across this one. Admittedly, the pretty lights caught my eye. After reading the details I decided to try it out since it was on sale. I am thrilled I did! It has more force than my old plate AND those lights move throughout the time I'm on the plate while ALSO having Bluetooth to listen to my music and shows while I exercise. Excellent workout machine
The vibration platform is quiet, very powerful, and not only plays music by blue tooth but through the built in USB with a connected jump drive. My only wish is that the remote control had a volume control.

Quiet, fun and good for the body.
Loving my new vibration plate. Programs are easy to use. I feel like I'm getting a full body massage. The lights make is fun. And the bluetooth is cool, thought it was a little unnecessary but sure why not. I put a towel on the nubbies to lay my elbows on to get an upper body focus. Wow serious upper body massage.
